Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great! Great size unit for the 2 of us. Although 2 queen beds in unit, I feel it would be pushing it for 3-4 people. Very clean. We were able to check in early which was an added bonus. As others stated, stickers in yard, but we have found the same experience with stickers summer of 2025 when we rented a house in Fort Morgan. Helpful hint - the condos across the street have a beautiful-sticker free easement we used (and cleaned up after our dog), as well as walking around the block.

Les points forts : Arrivée
Pictures on website need to be updated. House is older and more worn. Carpet was stained from previous pets and bathroom needs to be remodeled with more storage. Also need to add a TV in the bedroom and better air, room pretty much stayed hot the whole time.

The kitchen could use some improvements. It would be nice to have another TV in the bedroom. The location was great. Easy access to the beach. Large back yard for the dogs. It would have been great if it were enclosed so the dogs could be off leash. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Could use some upgrades however we would stay there again.
