- With comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, and a spacious open floor plan, the main space of the home is comfortable and inviting.

- When it comes to the kitchen, no detail has been overlooked. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, leaving nothing to be desired.

- For sit-down meals at home, there are 2 high chairs at the kitchen breakfast bar and a dining table for 6.

- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate 8 guests as such:

Guest Access:

We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished.

Baby equipment is available for a fee.

There is a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib if you’re bringing little ones.

There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details.

Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival.
We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE TO RINSE OFF THOROUGHLY WHEN RETURNING FROM THE BEACH. There is an outdoor rinse station next to the stairs.
- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.

This is self-check-in property. Check-in information and all necessary codes will be provided within 24 hours of arrival.
