Welcome to your stylish and one-of-a-kind loft in the heart of downtown Victoriaâwhere modern design meets urban charm. This thoughtfully curated space features an open-concept layout with warm accents and expansive windows that bathe the home in natural light. Relax in the inviting living area, or get a great night's sleep in the cozy loft bedroom. For added comfort, a sofa bed in the living room offers extra space for lounging or enjoying your favorite shows. You'll also appreciate the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and an ensuite washer and dryer. Enjoy meals with a view in the charming dining area, and start and end your day refreshed in the sleek, modern bathroom.
Located steps from Victoriaâs finest shops, dining, and the waterfront, this loft offers both comfort and convenience. Whether youâre here for work, relaxation, or exploration, youâll find the perfect balance of style and ease in this elegant urban retreat.
Parking: Above-ground parking is available at an extra cost of $375 per month.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $275 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $180.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
