This well appointed villa was not only clean and well equipped it was also perfect for sunny or rainy weather. The view is stunning from every window! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book in the future!

Absolute 5 star experience. Villa is in a fantastic location with gorgeous views. Our host was excellent with clear check in instructions, villa details, along with fabulous suggestions for activities and dining on the island. We have stayed here several times and will certainly look forward to coming back soon.

Jan is an excellent host. Read ALL her information she sends you. It will help you pack and bring everything required. Our weather wasn't what we hoped for but having the two balconies with the chairs made the outdoors enjoyable. The last two days sunrise and sunset were amazing!Thanks Jan

We honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. ! It was hands down the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in. Everything was incredibly clean, beautifully kept, and even better than we expected.The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking, and being just seconds from the beach made the location perfect. We loved being able to walk right out and have the beach practically at our doorstep. The pool was also right there and was a HUGE hit with our 6-year-old!Our entire stay felt relaxing, easy, and special. Hilton Head is already beautiful, but staying here made the trip that much better. We truly didn’t want to leave and would absolutely stay here again. If you’re considering booking this condo, DO IT — you will not be disappointed!Thank you for such an amazing stay!

I can't tell you how MUCH your comments warm my heart. I work so hard and I care so much about our guests--and it's so nice to know that the end result is the creation of wonderful family memories which I hope will live with you all forever. Thank you so much! Psssstttt...a little news flash with I haven't announced yet: I'm doing a "refresh" ;). Updated mattresses, re-upholstered club chairs, new couch (but in the same fabric), new cocktail ottoman and a round table dining set! I felt that some of my furniture was looking a little fatigued, and I want EVERYTHING to look as new and sparkly as possible Hope you can come back and see what I've done! I'll post new photographs within the next month.

Villamare and this unit was just great. Just stayed here mid July 2026 and place is beautiful, very clean, professionally remodeled, beautiful upgrades and touches. View of ocean is perfect. Jan the host was very responsive, very professional, very organized and very nice. My husband and I and our two adult children enjoyed the week here very much, we just love Hilton Head, and this unit was awesome to stay in. We loved the sunrises every morning and saw lots of dolphins!! Highly recommend staying here, and have Jan as the host.

This is an exceptional property with a great location, easy access to beach and pools, exercise facilities. The host is wonderful - accessible and always responsive, pleasant to work with throughout the stay. The owners have made significant upgrades and plan more to be sure guests are comfortable. This is a gem! Already booked for next year!

Even the beach chairs were provided, making our days by the ocean that much easier!The location was unbeatable; convenient to everything, nestled in a wonderful neighborhood, and the perfect home base for making family memories.What truly made this experience stand out, though, were the hosts. From the initial planning stages through check-in and throughout our stay, their communication was exceptional. The condo was very clean and had great views. The host was very quick to reply and send maintenance over to repair the refrigerator. The elevator broke with two days to go but this was definitely out of the owners hands. I would recommend this condo to others looking for a great place to stay. Although the signs states on the property to not reserve lounge chairs by the pool you definitely want to because they are all reserved by 6:30am.

This is a fabulous villa right on the beach front in Palmetto Dunes. Clean, comfortable and well appointed the villa has everything need for a wonderful stay. The property was recently repainted and looks bright and welcoming. The pool deck was redone last year and is a great place to spend a few hours relaxing. The host are easy to work with and go out of their way to make sure your visit is the best it can be.

In our 20 years of coming to the island we have stayed in many nice properties but Palmetto-Sunrise-On-The-Ocean is the best! It has become our "go-to" property when staying on the island! Jan is a great hostess and has thought of everything. The villa is beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms have everything you need. The views from the living room and two balconies - oh, my! Absolutely the best views on the island! We spent quite a bit of time on the balconies from morning coffee while watching the sunrise, breakfast, relaxing in the afternoon, to a glass of wine to unwind in the evening! Every aspect of our stay was fabulous - we're already counting the days until our next visit!

Throughout the entire process, the host was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The property is very clean and welcoming, offering all the necessary amenities - nothing is overlooked.
