The villa was completely renovated in 2014, and further updated in 2022, this villa is located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Access to this portion of PD is via pass only, so traffic is reduced. The kitchen includes all new appliances, granite counters, cabinets and Travertine tile. The master king and two guest queen beds are brand new as are the furniture sets in the bedrooms and living room. The open floor plan allows sunlight throughout. With a flat screen TV in each bedroom and a new 58" 4K HDTV - with Netflix and Amazon - there is minimal clutter with maximum entertainment. The unit includes wifi access. The heating/cooling system was replaced in 2013. A new queen sleeper sofa was added in the Summer of 2021 and in December 2021 the carpet was removed from both bedrooms and replaced with laminated wood flooring, enhancing both the look and cleanliness of the villa.
