3326 Villamare -Ocean Front Villa Complex - Fully Renovated and New Pools!

As of April 2024, fully renovated ocean-front pool and new enlarged spa AND a second brand-new ocean-front adults-only pool and spa. The villa was completely renovated in 2014, and further updated in 2022, this villa is located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Access to this portion of PD is via pass only, so traffic is reduced. The kitchen includes all new appliances, granite counters, cabinets and Travertine tile. The master king and two guest queen beds are brand new as are the furniture sets in the bedrooms and living room. The open floor plan allows sunlight throughout. With a flat screen TV in each bedroom and a new 58" 4K HDTV - with Netflix and Amazon - there is minimal clutter with maximum entertainment. The unit includes wifi access. The heating/cooling system was replaced in 2013. A new queen sleeper sofa was added in the Summer of 2021 and in December 2021 the carpet was removed from both bedrooms and replaced with laminated wood flooring, enhancing both the look and cleanliness of the villa.

Two separate balconies providing comfortable seating to relax with views to the ocean while reading a good book or sharing a moment with a loved one.

The complex includes an outdoor pool heated March 15 - April 30 (not in 2024 only due to the new construction) and October 15 - November 30, hot tub; outdoor grill area beachfront with dining tables and a fire pit; and indoor pool with a fitness center; Building 3 is also the only one of the three buildings in Villamare with two elevators.

A Great Stay near the Beach

The condo was as advertised, clean, and contained every thing you can think of to have nice, relaxing stay at Hilton Head. The Pools were extremely nice. The beach was just a short walk away.

Villamare is a wonderful complex and this condo was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and it came with pretty much everything you need to enjoy the beach!

Amazing long weekend!

We had a wonderful time staying in the condo. It is decorated beautifully and so peaceful. The property is amazing. The owners were very gracious, accommodating and timely in all responses. We would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend stay

The condo was as described and conveniently located to pool and beach. The host was very responsive to messages and provided some restaurant recommendations. I would have gave it 5 stars if there was a map of the resort and more information about the facility amenities. Overall it was good and would stay there again.

Washington loves Hilton Head

We loved the location of this condo. They just remodeled the pool area and having an adult only pool was a bonus! The owner was wonderful to work with and kept in contact with me. He even let us check in early. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed, except beach towels. Be sure to bring beach chairs and towels if you want to enjoy the beach or else you will have to buy or rent.

Great condo and great owner!!!

We rented this unit for four nights Apr 10-14, 2018. Our friends said, "This is nice", when we first entered the unit. We found an ample supply of towels and basic paper goods. A blanket was missing from the master bedroom bed, but all I needed to do was contact Aaron, and he was on it. The blanket was put in our room and all was excellent. We were so busy that we didn't have a lot of down time, but the property was in a great location. Only negative, which Aaron has no control over, is the hours of the fitness facilities. We would have liked them to be open in the evening!

Thank you for the review. We agree, we'd like the fitness center to be open longer too. As owners, we've been asking what it would take to make that happen. It generally comes down to paying more for an attendant to extend the hours. Hope to have you back soon.

Home owner was very patient with all my inquiries. This is the best house we have stayed in since coming to HHI. We are four families that come every year and rent several homes. This was the best home and well equipped. Hope to stay again.

Great Condo in Hilton Head!

We were very pleased with this condo. Great location which was close to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet area. The pool area is wonderful. Kitchen had everything you would need if you want to cook. We had a question when we first checked in and it was answered right away. I would stay here again!!!!

Worth the price for a nice week's stay

Good location within the lovely Palmetto Dunes Resort Complex. Very central by way of shopping groceries and good stores. The apartment is nicely furnished and maintained. The "Oceanview" from the balconies is minimal, but the beach and ocean are just a 2-3 minute walk away. The property managers were always easily available, courteous, friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful holiday week !

Couldn’t be better!!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family. My wife and I plus our two boys (ages 7 & 11) had the perfect spring break. The condo has lots of space and storage for everyone. Beach access was a breeze and our kids loved bed the heated pool. Just an awesome week!!
