Inside River House Escape, the second-floor great room welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and breathtaking river views. Unwind in the comfort of plush recliners and a cozy sofa, or gather around the TV and gas fireplace for a relaxing evening. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, ready to cater to your culinary needs with a dining table and a breakfast bar on the tiled island.

The main level features a queen master bedroom with sliding doors that open to the riverfront deck, offering a private haven for rest and relaxation. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with a bunk bed for three—each have their own TVs, share a full bath, and provide captivating views of the fields and ocean. The living room couch is also a pullout couch and can sleep 1-2 guests (best suited for two children or one adult).

Embrace the riverside lifestyle with your own private dock, perfect for launching kayaks or enjoying a peaceful afternoon of fishing. Venture out on Route 871 to explore the pristine beaches of Tierra del Mar, the majestic dunes of Sandlake, and the awe-inspiring vistas of Cape Lookout.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
