- Lawn maintenance will occasionally show up at 7:00 AM to do the yard work. They will not enter the property
- Your safety matters. This property features 8 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is on the front door facing the exterior front entry, 1 camera is on the front facing the driveway, 1 camera is on each side of the home (2 total) facing the side yards, 1 camera is on the left front corner of the house facing the front yard, 1 camera is on the patio canopy facing the gate, and 1 camera is on the patio facing the backyard. There is also 1 camera in the garage. The cameras record video and sound when motion is detected
- The golf cart in the garage has been disabled and is not available for guest use
