If you have been dreaming of the perfect place to have a large family or friends get-together, look no further! Our fully equipped home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Lots of space! 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms downstairs, and 5th bedroom upstairs along with a bonus room with Queen futon and TV.

Our fully equipped home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Lots of space! 4 downstairs bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and fully stocked, so packing is easy.

Extra 5th bedroom space is available upstairs for additional guests along with a futon couch in the upstairs bonus room area.

Our home features a king size bed in the primary bedroom, queen size beds in the other 2 bedrooms, as well as two twin trundle beds for a total of four twin mattresses in the downstairs back bedroom. Upstairs we have another queen bed in the upstairs fifth bedroom and a queen futon in the bonus room.

All three bathrooms are located in the first floor level. There are no bathrooms upstairs.

As a guest, you have full access to our neighborhood amenities, including pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and gym, all just one block away. (Wristbands must be worn when using amenities)

Take in the morning sunrise while enjoying your cup of coffee from either the downstairs or the upstairs covered and shaded patios. Enjoy a round of golf at the South Padre Island Golf Club, with a clubhouse just a short block away. (Fees required) Enjoy scenic walks around the neighborhood and bring your binoculars for some incredible bird watching. In the evening, sit around the outdoor fire pit and roast marshmallows, or cook some local caught fish on our outdoor grill.

Our home is not only kid friendly, its a child's dream place with a special kids play area complete with Barbie house, babies and strollers, coloring books, crayons, board games, and a giant outdoor Jenga set that is fun for all ages. Pack n Play is available for our smaller visitors.

We are just a short drive to the beaches of South Padre Island. We have a beach cart available for you to use along with beach towels, beach toys, and an umbrella. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and everything you need if you want to cook at home, including coffee makers to suit any coffee lovers taste. For those nights that you don't feel like cooking, just one block away is the very popular Divots Restaurant. Great for dine in or take out.

Our guests have access to the entire downstairs of our home, as well as an upstairs bonus area and bedroom.
There are areas on the second level that are locked and not available for guest access.

We take great pride in providing a clean and comfortable home for our guests to enjoy. We do ask that our guest please treat our home with respect and follow our check out instructions and leave our home in good condition, so the guests that come after you also will have a beautiful place to vacation at.

The good news is that we ask you to please NOT make the beds, because our cleaning crew will be washing all the bedding when they come.
