Troisième étage 2 condo 2 salles de bain. Il peut accueillir 9 personnes confortablement.

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une grande télévision à écran plat. Il dispose d'une salle de bains privative avec douche à l'italienne et baignoire de jardin avec jazuzzi.

La 2ème chambre a un lit queen et un lit simple superposé. Cette chambre peut accueillir 5 personnes.

La 2ème salle de bain a un combo baignoire-douche.

Le salon a un canapé-lit et une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan avec balcon privé.

Stay could have been better

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had to listen to a loud fan and dehumidifier for three days because the room above flooded and flooded the master bathroom. I know the flooding above was out of your control but feel like something could have been done so that we didn't have to listen to the fan and dehumidifier. Other than this the stay ok

Great 2 bedroom

The property was a little outdated and there needs to be a few cosmetic changes, but overall we had a great week. Communication with the property manager was EXCELLENT!! 5 stars! We had a couple of minor issues and they responded QUICKLY. WOULD DEFINITELY stay at one of their properties in the future.

Not good at all.

The room was dirty. Beds had sand in it. I had bites over my body. The pot and pans were old and raggedy. The furniture was lod and dirty. Wil not choose it again.

New Snowbirds at PCB, Majestic!

What a great community! Some issues with the pools and hot tubs being closed on and off. We love the location. The only thing I would say is the owner needs to do a deep cleaning on the floor and fix a few things!

PCB stay 2024

First day emailed about the toilet in the master bath not flushing and guest bedroom had no light fixture, just a hole in the ceiling with wires exposed. Our stay was for 9 days and I never received an email or call about fixing the issues.

ECDI needs to reevaluate their cleaning staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd day there, I ended up going to an Urgent Care for a allergic reaction. Not sure what caused it, but came back and steipped the beds and found them nasty. The living room couch stunk and after that day we did ntommot sit on it. I did call the manager of the cleaning staff to out unit, because I wanted them to see the roach still alive in my bed sheets. She did ask to bring maintenance to spray for bugs and to clean the couch. I declined that service because we did not want anyone in the unit while we were not there and why do we have to be inconvenienced due to cleaning that should of been done before we arrived.

Needs end tables and mattresses.

Filthy and Cheap

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is on a good floor but that's where anything positive starts and stops. Our feet were black from walking on the filthy floor, which I had to mop myself. The bathrooms were discussing with diarrhea splatter on the underside of the master seat and urine down the side of the second toilet. The couch needed to be cleaned. We opened drawers and handles pulled off in our hands or were broken. We had to call maintenance the first day to unclog both tubs, unclog the dryer, and bring a blender. We stayed in tower 2 before and had a great experience. We won't be staying at this unit ever again.

Me and my friends stayed here for spring break. The location was great and the staff at the majestic was great as well. there are a lot of built in amenities and it was right on the beach. overall we loved staying here and would book again.

Winter in Panama City Beach

We stayed Jan & Feb. 2024. Many pros and 1 con PROS -layout of the whole facility. We stayed on the 3rd floor and appreciated the ease of entry/exit. There is a drop off zone in the 3rd level parking, with access to the walkway from parkade to condo. -entertainment and exercise facilities were great we enjoyed movies on Tuesday and Thursday, we used the exercise room most mornings. -pools-the inside pool was nicely heated, outdoor hot tubs were great, 2 out of 3 were working for our stay -rooms were as advertised, dated and functional, lots of plugins didn’t work and they had an electrician do some work on it while we were there. Beds had decent mattresses but the frames were ancient and were held up with sticks of wood. You had to be careful getting into bed or you would stub your toes! Dishes and cutlery were quite sparse and we had them bring some more dishes. They advertise sleeping for 8 but they didn’t have enough dishes for the 2 of us! -view- the 3rd floor balcony facing the beach was perfect CON -NOISE-there is a motorcycle hangout/bar across the street. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday are the worst, although the noise can be any night. The motorcycle A**holes like to drag race from the front of the bar. Lots of nights it goes until 3 a.m. don’t think about getting any undisturbed sleep. Just when you think it calms down and you doze off, another motorcycle A**hole will rev up his bike at full throttle, hold it there for a minute or 2, then take off.

Disgusting

We spent the 1st 2 days cleaning as it was disgusting!!! The microwave works intermittently. The sinks were clogged. Toilet seat won't stay up in the guest bathroom and a male has to hold the lid up while urinating. The beds were full of sand and staind sheets. The dryer takes hours to dry a load of clothes. Multiple broken items including door to cover washer/dryer and door handle. The balcony was littered with trash, ashes, and firework debris. This is just part of it. I have been staying in PCB for 10 years and this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a condo!

Worst Vacation Ever

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was dirty, furniture was broken, mattresses were dirty and uncomfortable, not enough bed linens and they were worn, ants in the kitchen and bathroom, stopped up sink in bathroom, draperies were filthy, no ice maker or ice trays.... Just a few of the issues. I have cried for a week
