Un condominium de villégiature complet situé sur les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique et sont totalement condos face au golfe avec toutes les cloches et les sifflets. Profitez de nombreux équipements sur place: bar de la piscine tiki, bains à remous piscine pour enfants et une plage à service complet avec jet-ski, chaises de plage / parasol gratuit pour votre séjour dans certains condos ... parapente et voile.

Cette unité a toutes les améliorations. Agréable et propre! Cette unité comprend une laveuse / sécheuse empilable pour votre commodité - peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes.

La chambre principale a un lit king size et un accès au balcon avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Il a sa propre salle de bain avec double vasque. Il a la télévision par câble.

La 2ème chambre a un lit queen size et la télévision par câble.

Le salon a une grande télévision à écran plat accrochée au mur. Il y a 2 lits superposés dans une zone à l'écart derrière la table de la cuisine. Ils ont des lits jumeaux et sont assez grands pour un adulte.

Beautiful getaway!

This property was very nice. Everything was clean. Unit was bigger than expected. The outside deck was huge! Kitchen was well stocked. Property is gated, so it felt very safe. The assigned parking spot was also nice. Elevators were fast and we never had to wait more than 15 seconds for one to arrive. There were 2 hot tubs and 2 pools. There was another small pool (kiddie pool?) near the tiki bar. Free beach chairs were also a nice benefit. Cons: the spare bedroom bed frame was quite squeaky, no beach towels and no hair dryer. I loved the quiet location. Traffic is a not issue in that area of the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Absolutely loved this place! The entire property is very secure and close to several bars and restaurants. The unit was very clean minus some sand on the balcony. All furniture was up to date and in good condition. Loved the spacious layout of the unit. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back.

Perfect week

Our family had a great time in PCB..This condo was beautiful with a perfect view. Impressed by the closeness of restaurants. Condo was very clean and perfectly located. We will stay here again.

Great Spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and met our needs with 2 adults and 3 kids. Loved the amenities the building offered as well! We hope to plan another vacation here soon!

Great location, easy check in . Right by the elevator. Rooms are very quiet. . The mattress in the master needs to be replaced. That was the only thing.

It was very outdated, it wasn’t as clean as the other condos we’ve stay in. Everything was working property just not the nicest oft cleanest. But thanks for having us.

Condo was great. Clean. Huge balcony with Gulf view. Sunsets are perfect. Garage parking is wonderful. Elevators are fast and has air flow. Outdoor pools are so nice. Our only complaint was the mattresses in both bedrooms desperately needs to be replaced We will most definitely book our summer vacations at Gulf Crest in the future..

Great fall getaway in PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great fall week in PCB. This unit with the enormous balcony facing the gulf was an excellent deal. The management couldn't have been nicer and the building was very well kept. The covered parking was an added bonus.

The view of the Caribbean from the balcony was "Fantastic", we enjoyed the sound of waves crashing on to the beach at night. The only real problem we had was the TV in one of the Bedrooms wasn't working and the overhead light in the mechanical room was 'burned' out where as we were forced to use our "Flashlite" app on our phones so we could see how to operate the washer/dryer, other than that we had an enjoyable time..

The refrigerator smells like fish so did the kitchen no ice turn up freezer and it made ice chairs in living room need replacement or fixed had a great time not fussing just to let you know also found pill under master bedroom chest thanks for the stay

Location is great, condo is spacious, but could use a good deep clean and furniture updated.

Location, property and amenities were all great. The condo itself had so much space so that was great, but the cleaning and upkeep of the unit could use some help. All living room furniture needs replaced, but we didn’t spend too much time in the condo so we mainly just sat on porch or slept. For the amount of cleaning fee I don’t think cleaners did there job. Floors were disgusting, you can tell the bedroom furniture (headboards) has never had a vacuum (needs attention). I would stay at this location again, but probably not this condo.

Nice but needs TLC

Nice location and view but condo needed some updating, new furniture and a good cleaning. The chairs had no cushion to speak of. The sofa had plywood under the cushion for support. The lights had burn out bulbs which made the rooms dark even with the lights on. The floor was dirty. If you went barefoot, you feet would be dirty/nasty after walking on the floor.

Beautiful Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice overall. The master suite was very spacious; however, the bed frame was very squeaky and the bathroom could use some updating. The floors were also not cleaned sufficiently prior to our arrival. Every time we walked around barefoot our feet would be black on the bottom. I loved the outdoor patio space and all of the amenities are incredible. You are a minutes walk from restaurants right outside the property and there’s even a yummy grill by the pool that serves fresh food and drinks. Highly recommend for families, friend groups, or couples! Loved my stay!

Terrible Management of a Nice Unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Problems encountered during our stay:1. Arrived, someone in our room.2. Family and handicapped mother in law stood and waited 4 hours with an unloaded car waiting for room.3. Couldn't go buy groceries or go to dinner.4. After 4 hours of waiting, finally got in the room to find dirty clothes in the dresser drawers.5.swept a solid 1/2 bag of sand and dirt out of the floors.6. Cleaned dripping black mold from shower heads.7.lock box was never changed or never notified of the change.8. Mopped bathroom floor, which was pure filth. No way it had been cleaned regularly.9. After calling the number, the floor was never mopped. Even though, the I spoke with a lady who said they'd send someone first thing next morning.10.Sheets were stained.11. Spent a big portion of vacation time trying to resolve this issue.12. Was promised multiple times, the issues would be redolved... still waiting..13. This just in....was offered $100.00 for my troubles.. Considered a slap in the face...
