Great location property was well maintained and stocked with ample kitchen supplies. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces . Amenities were also great . Close to restaurants and shopping as well great place to stay with family or friends.

Our condo was absolutely perfect. It was beautiful, clean and had all supplies needed in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The staff at this resort were super friendly and available. If I ever go back to this area I would definitely stay here again and would stay in the same condo.

This condo still had dryed food on stove and dining table. Artificial flowers had ALOT of dust. Couch had stains. Washing machine had mold on rubber part. Pile of bird poop on balcony bout inch deep. Never was attended to. Brown stuff smeared on bathroom door. Place mats had stains on them which was nasty looking . Ocean reef refused to move us to another condo. Manager wouldn’t approve it. Said they would compensate us for the inconvenience. No response from my emails. I hate I had to leave this review but condo was unacceptable plus had to leave day early b/c hurricane. Still nothing from management. NOTE: After arrival we did contact them and they did sent 2 ladies to clean which did spend around 2 hrs cleaning and maintenance to replace bulbs and fix tv which they couldn’t for some reason. NOTE: Maintaince men came in door without knocking (glad I had clothes on) I do have pics Also cleaning lady took pics said it was nasty

Splash resort never disappoints, kids loved it! The condo is beautiful, well-maintained, and has great views. The beds were comfortable, although the sofa bed frame could be replaced as the top of it would not lay flat. The room is across from the elevators which is nice! The elevators are quick, smooth, wait times were minimal. It would be even better if this condo included two beach chairs in the cost of your stay… Check-In and Out super easy with Ocean Reef. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!!

Overall loved the unit! Minor thing.. maybe some extra TP and more dishes..plates specifically. The utensils for cooking were excellent. The beds were wonderful! Plenty of space for a vacationing family. Our favorite part was the view....😎

Prefect location

Room is directly in front of elevator. I also read reviews before and seen some negative reviews but I believe the room has been updated. There was plenty of cooking utensils and the room was very clean. I would definitely book this room again. It was great.

Relaxing & comfortable

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly as listed and we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, cleanliness, linens etc. were as if we were right at home. You may want to take some extra TP or paper towels depending on how many in your party. Loved being able to walk down to the beach conveniently. I would highly recommend this property and we would definitely go back.

Very clean and spacious

We loved staying at Splash 1202E! The views were incredible with the extra long deck! One extra that I loved that most places do not have is the wall adaptor to be able to charge many electronics at once! I didn’t realize how much we would love that and how convenient it would be for the kids tablets! Great stay and great management for responding to any and every question we had!

The splash experience

Great clean place. Lazy River was heated, grills great, bedding and linens clean and amount great. Elevators moved well and cleaned daily. Would have liked to be notified more about who owned condo and how ocean reef manages the property. Loved the beach and conservation Park walking trails. Zoo was nice, but pricey.

Splash 1202E and Ocean Reef management

Condo was clean and spacious and gulf view was great! Only issue which was no fault of VRBO or Ocean reef was the condo directly above was being renovated so it was some loud noises at times during the day but respected the “no noise” times of the condos. Ocean Reef management was great to book with, stayed in contact through email and even let us know we could stay a day earlier for a discount. Overall great place to stay.

The only thing that I can say in a negative review was that the kitchen wasn’t stocked very well. Plates were on the top shelves and couldn’t not reach them.

Good New Years get away

Condo was very nice. I felt it could have been a little cleaner. Floors were dirty and found vapes in corner and behind tv. Kitchen could be stocked a little better also. I had to go out to purchase pans and a baking sheet. Location was great, And beds were comfortable. Pools weee heated well.

Great views!!

Nice unit with great views. Unit is right across from the elevator, not a problem in Feb March. Maybe in busy months. Had a minor problem and called Ocean Reef and they came and took care of it right away. Love Splash and have been coming here for 4 years! Highly recommended.

Everything was great except the elevators. They really should have more elevators. We stood for over an hour after checking out to get our luggage on an elevator.

Overall the unit was nice, however, no skillets. This is the first time we have stayed at a condo with insufficient cookware. Very limited handicapped parking spaces (2) my husband has COPD and has a hard time with all the walking.

Wonderful stay!

The check in process was so easy! We were notified the property was ready for an early check in so we got to get in a few hours early. The condo was clean and very well stocked. They even had box fans in each bedroom!l closet. When we arrived we had a small issues with the bedroom lights not turning on. I made a call to the after hours and someone responded and resolved the issue within 5 mins! The beach is beautiful, the pools are awesome and loved that Alvin’s Island is attached to the garage. Would definitely stay again.
