Pristine tropical-style condo at Vista Hermosa located on the quieter Southern end of Siesta Key. Just a short walk to the beach and all the Southern district community has to offer including great restaurants, clubs, bike & boat rentals, ice cream shop, drug store, market, deli, shopping and more!

Relax in this updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with king beds in both bedrooms. The condo features an open floorplan with the well-stocked, updated kitchen overlooking the dining area and living room so you can be a part of the fun even while prepping. The dining area seats 4 at the dining table, with additional seating for 4 at the counter barstools. The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating and leads out to the lovely screened in lanai with views of the tropical landscaping. The primary bedroom offers an updated ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. A tub/shower combo is in the guest bathroom. TV’s are in the living room and both bedrooms, and free cable and WiFi are provided. Laundry facilities are on each floor. Free parking is covered and assigned.

Enjoy all of the on-site amenities Vista Hermosa has to offer including the heated pool, shuffleboard court, picnic tables for socializing, BBQ grills & a large clubhouse with a kitchen. Beach towels, beach chairs & coolers are all provided for your convenience. Hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley in front of the complex and explore the entire island including the Siesta Key Public Beach & Pavilion, Turtle Beach, and Siesta Key Village where you can wander around the shops and restaurants while listening to live music.

Very nice condo in a quiet complex close to the beach and restaurants. Nicely furnished with ample towels and linens. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very clean and in great shape as described. Had all necessities, including full complement of beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc) so didn’t need to pack a lot. Only noted, but minor downsides - can’t hear the ocean; view from balcony is limited by other buildings; and ice maker wasn’t working. Beach is a short convenient walk (5 minutes tops) though crossing the road can be a little challenging during high traffic. Loved the area and convenient access to shopping and restaurants, all within walking distance. Pool is also nice, heated and perfect for relaxing or taking a dip on cooler days, as it is heated. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect siesta vacay stay!

Everything about the vacation rental exceeded our expectations. From an early checkin being available, to highly responsive communication and quick support/guidance by the host made our stay nothing short of seamless. The amenities had everything we could need and very clean. The location was a perfect walk to the beach and restaurants, trolley access was a bonus , and having amenities in a locker to use at the beach was such a plus. We will definitely be back - thank you so much team!

Lovely time!

Great first stay in Siesta! This condo had plenty of space for our family. So glad there was a pool on site and about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants, grocery, and ice cream within walking distance. The condo was well equipped with kitchen needs, beach and bath towels. We loved having the beach wagon to use along with beach chairs, umbrella and more. Great stay at a reasonable price!

Great location for our beach getaway and very close to casual and enjoyable dining

First, it was a great week! Weather cooperated, accommodations were just a pictured, it was only my husband and myself, but another couple could have comfortably stayed with us. The bedrooms and bathrooms provided very separate, private bathroom access, if that is a concern. Beds were a 3. You can't expect to cook a gourmet meal with what is supplied in the kitchen, but it's definitely fine for simple breakfasts, lunches and grill dinners. I have a couple of thoughts on making the experience better; there should be more renter information regarding public beach access near the property, we were kinda winging it for the first couple of days, and there is plenty of public access within walking distance. BUT, you need the right equipment if the plan is to access the beach within walking distance everyday, and spend the day on the beach, which was our main goal. This unit is extremely close to the beach, and its a beautiful beach, but without a beach wagon AND a beach umbrella that works with the winds in the area, what is available to the renters in the unit's locker does not cut it. No beach cart, an absolute MUST given the proximity to the beach. Chairs were fine, 4 of them..there were 2 umbrellas actually, but both were useless in the event of wind and this is a hurricane prone coastline...wind can always be an issue, no matter what time of year it is. If there was a good beach wagon and a better umbrella, one suited for the area, I would give this place 5 stars!!
