We’re sorry to learn that the mattress did not meet your expectations. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we regularly inspect and maintain our furnishings. Based on our inspections and feedback from other guests, we do not believe the mattress is worn out, though we understand that comfort can be a personal preference. It is a pillowtop mattress which creates a softer sleeping experience and maybe you prefer a firmer mattress. The air conditioner is new and makes noise as any other A/C would make. It might have been helpful to turn it up from 65 degrees so that it was not running all the time. The condo is not advertised as having a washer or dryer in unit so I am not sure why this was a con for you. But I am happy you found the ones available right outside the condo. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if something isn’t meeting their expectations, as we are happy to help whenever possible. Thank you for taking the time to review my property. I would like to take the opportunity to respond to several of your comments. The road the condo is located on is one of the main roads on the Key and the majority of the condos are located on this same road. It is very pedestrian friendly with flashing crosswalks located about 1/4 mile apart. All properties with beach views or beachfront are located on this road. I have no control over the public park maintenance but I personally know it doesn't happen everyday or all day. The condo is equipped with the linens needed for a two week stay. I do not provide daily towel service but I do provide detergent in the condo if you need to wash linens during your stay. Maybe a hotel with daily maid service would better suit your needs in the future. I was not aware of the garbage disposal not working. If I had been made aware, I could have addressed it properly. The carpet and living room furniture are steamed cleaned twice a year. I personally inspect the condo before and after each guest. I am the first one in the condo after a guest leaves and the last out before the next guest arrives. That being said I see how guest leave the condo and I saw how you left it.
