Nice place

Incredible view! We assumed there would be a washer/dryer, but that was our fault for not catching that. Very cute place. Some cleaning supplies would be nice like more dish towels and a dust pan for the broom would have been nice. Overall a nice place to stay for the week. Loved the porch, view and being close to the pool!

Always the best time

Up on arrival, checking in was like clockwork. Received the information in plenty of time prior to arrival. Our unit was clean and ready for us. All my correspondence beforehand was met with very friendly staff.

Siesta Key Beach 2025

Our family had another wonderful vacation at the Midnight Cove II resort. This is about our third time staying at the “Coves”, in all different units. The units are clean, comfortable, very stylishly furnished and convenient as well as efficiently situated in the beach community for a family of four. Communication from VRBO, site management and owner has been excellent. We had no issues getting to the unit, or accessing it through numeric code, as well as access to the beach.We will highly recommend our family and friends to stay at the Coves for their family vacations or any events they may have requiring a few days’ stay in the Siesta Key area. Thank you for a great time!

Very Nice Condo

This condo was very nice. We walked in and were delighted how clean everything was. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Before arrival we received detailed information and phone numbers to call if we needed anything. We so much enjoyed the location. We could walk to the bay and the beach. It was equipped with everything we needed. Also, the bed was very comfortable. We definitely give this condo a 5 star rating.

Very small and tired

Very small condo and beds were the worst we have experienced from a VRBO and we do a lot of VRBOs. Close to the pool which was nice, but noisy. Would have been much cheaper renting directly fro the resort. Over priced for what you get.

Midnight Cove 2

It would have been nice to have a wet mop to clean the floor. Also, the masterbedroom light never stayed on. It would go on and then shut off and would be a bit before it would go back on again. Living room blinds didn't close all the way so there was a gap and you could see inside at night.

Great beach terrible condo

The condo had several service issues including the AC. It took all week for the owner to get it fixed. I tried to message and call the owner about the problem but he failed to take care of it till about the last day. Very little communication for all that was wrong with the condo.

Hi Anthony, We don't agree regarding the little communication. You reported the issue with the AC. We sent maintenance the same day and he confirmed it was working. We even called an AC company to check it. Please understand that due to the high temps (we had a heat wave that week), the AC unit was working its best to cool the place. The owner have since decided to replace the AC unit so there is a brand new system. We were responsive and did our due diligence. But it seems like none of our efforts were appreciated. We had a relaxing week at this property, a quick walk to the pool and beach. Loved sitting on the screen porch! Very clean and had everything we needed. Again, very quiet and relaxing.

Awesome !!

We stayed in the first floor unit for one week. The place was very clean and modern, base on others we stayed in. It had plenty dishes and utensils to cook, grill and eat. There were plenty of towels for the week to shower, clean and go to the beach. It had chairs for the beach as well as a cart, umbrella, toys for kids. Frisbee, football, etc. The lanai was great for eating breakfast and sitting at night. We used it a lot. I could go on and on about how great this place is. The only minor drawback is it doesn’t have a washer and dryer, but the one by the office is close and very clean and inexpensive. Actually, everything is close.

What a nice relaxing vacation

Let me start by saying that after 15 years of staying ocean front I can't wait to stay on the intercoastal side again. The unit was very well appointed with all the necessities and very livable. The rainfall shower was PHENOMENAL. The kitchen a little tight but very well equipped. The view of the little harbor and docks, pretty. The tropical grounds may be what keeps us coming back as well as the friendly staff. I enjoy kayaking and there is a nice little rack area by the water and the fishing wasn't bad either right out from the condos. If anything would detract it would be the lack of it's own laundry but that's minimal.
