The Space:

Spectacular Sunshine Coast Hinterland Country retreat.

The perfect place to get away from it all, while being central to the best of the Sunshine Coast attractions.

Set atop the sweeping arm of Mt Ninderry, every morning you will wake to endless panoramic views stretching all the way to the Glass house mountains. Be surrounded by nature. Bliss!

Ninderry Manor is situated on the doorstep to the best of the Sunshine Coast’s world class tourism.

5 mins to the quaint township of Yandina. The amazing Spirit House restaurant & cooking school.

We highly recommend a Hike to Mt. Ninderry for incredible views.

15 mins to Coolum Beach or Eumundi Markets each Wednesday and Saturday.

30 mins drive to Noosa, Australia Zoo or the Airport.

Close to Yandina Station wedding venue.



Ninderry Manor Estate sleeps up to 27 adults and 3 infants (port- a- cots and extra fold outs by request), in two dwellings- Ninderry Manor house and Ninderry Chalet.

The Manor house. (Sleeps Max 22 adults + 2 portacots)

Enormous Ensuite bathroom. Stunning luxurious freestanding window bath. coffee bar.

• Bedroom #3 - 2 x Queen beds & ensuite.

• Bedroom #4 - 2 x King Beds & ensuite.

• Bedroom #5 - 1 x Queen bed, 2 x king single beds & ensuite.

• Bedroom #6 - 1 x Queen bed & ensuite.

1 x fold out and additional lounge area also available and linens can be provided upon request.

Fully ducted air conditioned to keep you cool or cosy.

Ninderry Chalet. The self contained guest house. (Sleeps 7 adults)

• Bedroom #7 & 8 - Upstairs loft Bedrooms (Open plan) 2 x Queen beds

Downstairs area 2 x double sofa beds

The Chalet has a Full Kitchen, aircon and large recently renovated bathroom.

We have parking onsite for approximately 6-7 vehicles in the Jack and Jill driveway.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire estate, with the exception of the locked or signed private shed areas.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet semi- rural neighbourhood surrounded by Bushland, nature and overlooking the Valley, Glasshouse Mountains and Mt Ninderry.

No suitable for Loud events or extra guests as we have close neighbours.



Getting Around:

Best accessed by car.

3 mins to the quaint, country township of Yandina.

15 mins to Coolum Beach, or famous Eumundi Markets.

30 mins to Noosa, Mapleton or Australia Zoo.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that Ninderry Manor Estate is accessed by stairs, and does have 2 steps inside the home.

Ninderry Chalet has steep stairs and we recommend not suitable for young adventurous children due to heights and corners, children must be supervised in this area at all times.

Unfortunately we are NOT pet friendly and do not accept dogs at this property.

Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am and by booking, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

We are a Sustainable Home, running on Tank and Septic system and ask that you please be water wise during your stay.

Strictly NO Loud events or extra guests.

No Glitter or decor changes (ie hanging decorations on the walls or moving furniture around)

All damage or extra cleaning will be charged. Please be respectful of the property.



Interaction with Guests:

To ensure your privacy, we will be offsite during your stay. However we are available at a phone call for any questions or concerns. We are available to meet/ walkthrough upon request.
