Delightful group. Respectful, fun, responsible. Just a pleasure all round. Thanks very much Alan and Aryna

Hello Lisa Thanks for your review. The Falls is a professional 24 guest facility with the Manor House and six rainforest cottages. We are not a casual property with no service. We check guests in personally and introduce them to the property. Thanks for your positive feedback on the facilities. We provide breakfasts. We offer advice on attractions and restaurants and provide a complimentary booking service. We assist with guest parking which becomes important with wedding providers coming onsite. We totally respect our guest privacy and would never enter without knocking. We only seek to talk with guests in order to either provide a requested service or to enquire as to any guest needs such as firewood replenishment or the re-supply of breakfast provisions or fresh towels. We did this twice during your stay and - as in all cases - we then kept a respectful distance and stayed totally out of your way so as not to disturb you. Respect for our guests is absolutely evident in over 1500 reviews we have on the major platforms. It is our most critical consideration. We wish you good day. Best regards. Alan and Aryna

Thanks Michelle It was a pleasure and a privilege to host you Best regards Alan and Aryna

Thanks Lee for taking the time to reflect on your stay. You are a delightful group and we say a warm thank you for the lovely respect you showed for the property. Girls weekends, groups of couples, family reunions, bridal stays, wedding families... these are ideal with our six bedroom, six bathroom configuration. We wish you all a safe, healthy and prosperous year ahead. Warm regards Alan and Aryna

Hi Kathryn Thanks very much for taking the time to reflect on your stay. You were wonderful guests and it was a privilege to host you. With 6 bedrooms all having their own private ensuited bathrooms, the Manor House is perfect for girls' weekends, family groups, bridal and wedding stays, groups of couples and small corporate retreats. With 6 rainforest cottages further down the property, we live onsite in order to provide excellent and unobtrusive service and to manage the business. We take care not to intrude and thus ensure Manor House guest privacy and enjoyment. Best regards and stay well Alan and Aryna

Thanks so much for reviewing your positive experience, Deborah. The Manor House is magnificent and perfect for groups from 4 to 12 guests. Our guests really appreciate that all 6 bedrooms have their own private ensuited bathrooms. And it is also appreciated that we supply superb breakfast provisions within the cost! You were a delightful group and it will be our privilege to host you again in the future. Kind regards Alan and Aryna
