PROPERTY DETAILS From this stunning property you walk across the road to parkland and on to the lifeguard patrolled Kawana Beach, looking north to Point Cartwright and Noosa beyond and or south all the way to Caloundra.

The property has a secure lockable garage and driveway parking for 1 car behind a large security gate and boundary fence. There is also additional street parking if needed. More than enough parking for all of your family or group.
Guests have full, sole and complete access to the house and yard
Air-conditioning The house has multiple air-conditioners throughout the entire house . All bedrooms and lounge rooms, are air-conditioned. So either choose the cooling ocean breezes, or air-conditioning for your comfort and enjoyment. The switch must be on for the aircons to work the remotes.
Access The keys can be gained through an on site lock box. The code for this will be sent to you prior to your visit.

It is across the road from the lifeguard patrolled Kawana Beach. And only several hundred metres away from the supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants and cinemas of Kawana Shopping World.
This is a unique property that allows you all to spend time together or to have some quiet alone time in one of the many private spaces here.
Kitchens x 2 Downstairs there is a small well equipped kitchen.
The main kitchen is upstairs and is modern and has all appliances and fittings. This includes fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all other items that you may need.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
Spa The property has a backyard spa. Please see the house manual for instructions on how to use the spa.
Laundry The laundry has both a washing machine and clothes dryer and a clothes line outside, to dry your clothes with the cooling sea breezes.

Two level home across from Buddina beach. Also close to shopping, surfing school, Sea Life Aquarium and Australia Zoo. The bottom floor had a TV, pool table, laundry room, one bedroom (off of a garage) - and easy in and out access. Upstairs had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a couch, a kitchen table, an outisde balcony with a table for 8 which we enjoyed our last meal out there. It wasn't too hot but the A/C worked well. Bathrooms were modern in my opinion. Only "drawback" was the quality of the cookware. When booking a large house we wanted to eat dinner together and there were was only 1-2 large pans and they were chipped and peeling which made us a little nervous. We didn't really understand how the stove worked. It seemed to go off for no reason. The oven did too. We tried to make brownies one night and the middle would not cook no matter how long we kept them in the oven. But the house and our time together in that area was PERFECT otherwise! Would stay here again and have already recommended it to my sister.

The property location is stunning! The layout of the home is amazing! Sunny BnBs communication was excellent but we heard nothing after noting faults with the property. Air conditioning in each room, fans in each room which is great. The kitchen is fully stocked. There are so many positives about this home. I would stay again. Cleaning needs to be looked at. I had to sweep the whole house when we got there. They don’t sweep under anything and there were beer bottle tops under lounges. Old gum in the toy boxes. Smashed birthday balloons all outside. Dining table had what looked to be chocolate melted over it. Maintenance issues, The ensuite shower doesn’t drain. The water sprinklers need to be attended to. Water is just being wasted. The gate code doesn’t work from the inside (may need new batteries) that is a major fire hazard. We had to put our hand through the gate to put the code in. Walls have marks but would be easy to remove. We pay 400 cleaning fee you would expect more for both parties as the owners would expect better for the guests as everyone is paying. With all that said those things can be fixed. You will love your stay here as much as we did. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and it was the perfect home to stay for that special occasion. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy this piece of paradise.
