Overall, it's a nice property. It's close to the beach, and it was a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, but the carpets could use a good steam cleaning, and the grill needs to be scrubbed. The agent was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this rental.

The house was in a perfect place. Close to the beach. My family really enjoyed the stay at the house . We loved the size of the rooms . Neighborhood was great. We would definitely stay there again ..

This house on the border of Kure Beach and Carolina Beach was perfect for our family gathering. Access to the beach couldn't have been easier. After hot days at the beach we welcomed the air conditioning of the living spaces. The kitchen was adequate the few times we needed it. Beds were uniformly comfortable. We enjoyed reading and relaxing on the porches. There is a hose near the front door to rinse the sand from your feet.

We enjoyed our stay The location of the property was wonderful as we have 5 grandkids The 5 bedrooms were great and the bathrooms We were disappointed in the furniture in the living area as it was dirty and stained and the smaller loveseat was in bad shape The kitchen was adequate

We loved this house, however of stairs are a problem for you, reconsider. This kitchen and living area are on the third floor which is a lot of steps! Otherwise we loved the space!

The house overall was nice and spacious. The bedroom linens seemed clean but had lots of fuzz and lint on them so it made them questionable. It’s like they didn’t inspect the dishes when putting them away. So some dishes were dirty. And there was lots of maintenance issues, some that were addressed and some that needed attention. Overall we had a great stay but just house needs a little more TLC.

Spacious, clean, and nicely decorated home, great for our big family. It was a short walk to a great beach and the fishing pier, and a quick drive to grocery stores and many restaurants.

Great place for family stay

Property was great. Plenty of space in the main living area. Great accommodations. Bedrooms are big and really like how bright and open the house is. Short walk to two different beach access points and short walk to pier and multiple restaurants. Would definately stay here again.

Family Beach Vacation

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Location was within close proximity to many attractions and the beach. The accommodations met our needs. The house was well supplied with what we needed for our stay. Would recommend and or return for another vacation stay at the beach. Thank you!

It was roomy and comfortable but there were stains on all the carpets and the blinds were broken. It could use a deep cleaning and upgrades.

Great place off season

All good after minor drama with the entry code not working. That was quickly fixed even though the agent had begun their Thanksgiving holiday. Thanks Charlie! The place is spacious and very well maintained. Perfect for together time with our extended family of 9. Combed the beach, sampled some restaurants, and had a trail ride at a local horse farm. A return trip is already planned.

Positives: This house is one block from Kure Beach. It offered plenty of space for my family. Cons: The kitchen tools, cooking equipment, and towels need an upgrade. The upholstery and carpet had too many spots. The My son said the green couch was lowkey sticky. I would recommend for a few nights.
