The location and the house were both great, felt like home. The host/owner responded to our having trouble with the grill immediately, just needed batteries. We’d stay again.

Comfortable home in Gilbert. It suited our needs just fine. Location is very close to San Tan Mall. There were a few things that could use a little updating, but overall it, we had a nice stay.

This 3 bedroom home was great for our family. Living room and Kitchen/Dining area was huge. Outdoor space was nice. Very convenient location for families in town and playing at Arizona Athletic Grounds!

Fabulous House in a Fabulous location

We loved our stay at this property! The pool was a fun feature to enjoy, and we thought the location was perfect! We were close to lots of great shopping, the Riparian Nature Reserve, and all of the venues for the wedding that brought us to AZ. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. We had one slight issue where we blew a fuse while using blow dryers in both bathrooms at the same time, but the management company/owner worked with us to get it fixed in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Convenient and perfectly priced

Location was great for everything we wanted to do in the PHX area. House was setup conveniently to support "work from home" and had nice water child safety features. Also, the host a some nice welcome items such as coffee, shampoo, etc. Had a couple of minor hiccups during the visit, but the property manager took care of everything quickly.

Wonderful pool

The property was clean and comfortable. The pool was fabulous! The master bedroom/bathroom was very spacious and had a great closet. The middle bedroom needed a suitcase holder or a chest of drawers. (I like to unpack when I travel, it gives me a sense of home. Thank you.

Relaxing Layover

Nice place no issues. Relaxing back yard and pool area, perfectly adequate for our needs. Home construction of medium quality but host did well enough with furniture to not make it feel cheap despite some wear and tear, mostly on the outdoor stuff. Disappointing not to have access to garage. Hot tub would make pool more usable on colder days.

Location was fantastic. Easy access to everything. Home was lovely. Needed more pool towels only (2) provided. And not enough bath towels. Emailed property manager and never received a response. All else was great.

Neat & clean but short on supplies

Property location was ideal for us because it was only a couple miles from family who we were visiting. It’s also close to various restaurants and shopping. One minor drawback is it’s close to train tracks with a train coming by daily in the AM. It came by quickly but we heard its whistle every time.We would have liked some condiments available to us, at the very least salt & pepper; as well as more than 3 trash bags and 3 dishwasher pods. But all in all, it met our needs and we would stay here again. Thanks.

Kitchen was not equipped well

The house and pool were good, the ONLY issue was the kitchen is was not user friendly , the stove was not working properly, the front burner would only work on high the other burners were not accurate in temp control , lots of many little things in kitchen , no storage, mixing bowls etc , just was not user friendly again our stay was great but the eat in aspects of the kitchen were i inferior.

Property was great. Pool was refreshing. We were a little concerned that the front room was much warmer than the rest of the house. But figured it must have neen the sun baking on the windows. We looked for plastic cups to take poolside but there were none, only glass. The patio area to and from the pool was very slick if wet, just a bit of information on the things we observed. All in all the house was great and absolutely fit our needs of the weekend. Thank you

Newer decor and style, felt modern and updated. Overall fairly clean but had to wear shoes around the house because the floor was pretty dirty. Tupperware containers or storage baggies would have been nice to have around because storing leftover food was very difficult. We had some issues with a broke toilet seat and a bed (closest to the laundry room) that wasn’t stable at all. Bed comfortability wasn’t the best, and it would have been nice to have more seating that’s more comfortable in the living area. The bathrooms were clean, but the guest bath needs a new shower head. The big dining table was a nice place to sit to eat and play games. Stools at the island would be a nice addition, as well as a fan of some kind out on the patio. The location was really nice. Close to Walmart and gas stations, and not far at all from downtown Gilbert or Mesa.

Hospital stay

The property was very nice. The house was not stocked at all. The curtains fell off the door because they were on by magnets. The fans are dirty. The plate over the closet. Light switch fell off in the master bedroom and the hallway we found eyelashes and broken fingernails in the drawers in the master bedroom and the four bedroom Floors were dirty. There was only two couches in that house that sit two people. The pillows were hard there was no extra coverings. You could not turn the air higher or lower. It was locked and it was cold in the house, and there was no extra blankets.

Stay Somewhere Else

Pictures are outdated and/or touched up. Property was pretty beat up and not well maintained. Kitchen had barely enough cooking utensils to make a meal and all had to be cleaned before use, some were even broken. Dishwasher racks are rusted, and dishware in general was sparce too. House was not clean, floors would turn your feet black, light switches didn't work and some lights constantly flickered. The gas grill was filthy and we spent about hour to clean it just to use. Toys, noodles and goggles strewn all around the pool. Basically, it just seemed like not a lot of effort was going into the property. I emailed my contact at Evolve with the issues about half way through the trip and the response was that they would let the property owner know of the issues. Very disappointed. There also was a good bit of road noise as it backs on to a 45 mph road.

The kitchen wasn’t stocked for 6 people to stay there. Which if you say your house sleeps 6 I would assume 6 people can eat there. It would be nice to have pool towels It would also be nice to have 2 towel per person Also just so you know the washing machine is very moldy. The house is very nice. There is just a few things that would make it nicer.
