PROPERTY DETAILS
Our apartment is in the "Nankita" building. From the footpath walk up the three steps and straight ahead to the entrance door to the apartment. The key safe is directly to the left of the entrance door to the apartment.
Access to the apartment is via the lock box at the apartment. You will be sent a code to access the lock box and your apartment & garage keys after you have booked.
The apartment has a lock up garage for your vehicle for the duration of your visit. Down the driveway and then into your garage, with the lockable garage door in place.
The apartment has two bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds
Both bedrooms are light and airy with the winter northern sun streaming in. Both bedrooms and the dining area have overhead fans with a modern upright fan in the lounge.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
The kitchen is brand new and has all new cabinetry and appliances. With cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.
The dining table seats six and there are a further two seats at the kitchen bench. There is a lovely balcony off the dining room. There is an overhead fan directly above the table.
The lounge room has a lovely 5 seater couch for your use.
When we say that this apartment is in a wonderful location we are not joking:
- 250 metres (1 minute walk) to Kings Beach
- 350 metres (2 minute walk) to Kings Beach Amphitheatre
- 500 metres (3-4 minute walk) up to 10 cafes, restaurants & general store
We have two bicycles and helmets in the garage for your use. You are very close to both Kings Beach and also the amazing coastal path. Please feel free to use the bicycles to explore our amazing location, whether it is to Kings Beach, Bullcock Beach, Shelly Beach, Moffat Beach, Dicky Beach, or the Caloundra CBD. You are indeed spoiled for choice.
