Step into relaxation and coastal charm at this ground-floor holiday apartment on Bradman Avenue, directly opposite the iconic Chambers Island. The open-plan living area welcomes you with its airy feelâan inviting place to sink into the sofa after a day by the water. Large windows draw in soft natural light, creating a calm backdrop for reading, conversation, or unwinding.
The adjoining kitchen offers everything you need for effortless holiday cooking, with generous bench space and modern appliances that make shared meals a pleasure. Gather at the dining table for six to enjoy lingering breakfasts or relaxed dinners. Afterwards, step onto your private outdoor patioâa peaceful nook perfect for a sundown drink or a quiet moment of reflection.
Each bedroom is styled as its own retreat: one with a queen bed and ensuite, another with a second queen, and a third featuring two single beds. The main bathroom includes a shower-over-bath combo and a separate toilet.
A private laundry with a washer supports longer stays, while ceiling fans throughout and air-conditioning in the living room keep things comfortable. This ground-floor escape also offers on-site parking for added ease.

Guests will have access to the entire ground floor apartment along with one secure car park for a small car.

Walk or cycle to nearby shops, cafes, and Chambers Island, or take a short drive to explore the wider Sunshine Coast. Public transport options are also nearby, making it simple to discover the region without the hassle. Whether youâre exploring on foot, by bike, or by car, everything you need is within reach.

*Please note: There is construction taking place on the neighbouring property until approximately Easter 2026. The property has subsequently been priced accordingly to reflect any potential disturbance.
*The lock-up garage is available for your use however it has low clearance so may not fit larger vehicles.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This apartment is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
