The open-concept living area is designed for easy relaxation. Plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan create a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach. A dedicated workspace and free Wi-Fi make this condo equally suited for extended stays or remote work.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a queen bed, a twin-size daybed, and a twin-size hide-a-bed - comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Bed linens, towels, and essential toiletries are provided so you can arrive and settle in with ease.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. A dining table and breakfast bar offer plenty of room for meals or casual conversation throughout the day.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a bathtub and hair dryer for a comfortable, unhurried wind-down at the end of your day.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
