Soft light filters in from the ocean as you step toward the terrace, where the rhythm of the waves sets an easy pace for the day. You can listen to the surf from the open living area or settle into a quiet moment on the oceanfront patio as the breeze drifts in from the Atlantic. Here, the shoreline stays warm year-round, creating a calming backdrop whether you’re unwinding after the beach or preparing a simple meal in the kitchen. Sorry, no pets.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo is designed for up to four guests, with one bedroom featuring a king bed and a sectional sofa that converts into additional sleeping space. Fresh bed linens, hangers, an iron, and essentials are provided to help you settle in comfortably.

Outdoor living
The private terrace looks directly toward the Atlantic, giving you an inviting spot to take in the view or enjoy the sound of the waves throughout the day. Direct beach access makes it easy to move between the sand and the condo whenever you wish.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes what you need for everyday cooking, along with a dining table that gathers natural coastal light from the open layout.

Living spaces
An open flow connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, with Wi-Fi, an HDTV with Roku, air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan to suit your comfort.

Bathroom
The ensuite bathroom offers a bathtub and bathroom essentials, with a hair dryer available.

Neighborhood
Set along Ponte Vedra Boulevard, you’ll be within easy reach of local dining, boutique shops, golf at TPC Sawgrass, and nearby coastal towns. Pets are not allowed, and self check-in with a keypad offers a smooth arrival.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
