Overall, pretty good. Great location. Loved the beach and space of the unit. Responsive and helpful manager for the most part easy access and But there is definitely need for some tlc. Balcony furniture is in need of replacement. The small table outside the master is literally disintegrating. Inside furniture is old and well used/stained. Cracks, loose/faulty outlets, etc. The place has a lot of potential!

Great location, the balcony overlooks the pool with a great view of the ocean (but can't see the sunset from the balcony)Condo is super spacious large kitchen, large dining table in the condo and on the balcony. It is stocked with EVERYTHING you need. Check what's there before going shopping as there were things we bought that were already there.The living room had plenty of room to watch movies and has a smart TV for Netflix in the evening. The bedroom TVs are not smart TVs but we were able to watch free on demand movies through Spectum.The primary bedroom is HUGE with a private wrap around balcony, even has double sinks in the bathroom with plenty of storage and counter space and it has a spacious walk in closet!!Each bedroom has its own bathroom 1 downstairs and 2 up stairs. The condo is right off the elevator, so easy access to beach and the pool. It is right next to the bird sanctuary so we did notice a lot more bird poop and birds in general on both balcony's but it wasn't intrusive We had problems with the TVs the first day but the owner was SUPER responsive and had the issue fixed the next day through Spectrum. There is a few places in walking distance for restaurants and bars . The golf courses were a little further than we are used during our travels throughout Florida. I would defintely recommend this condo for a large group, having bedrooms on a second level really gave everyone their own sense of privacy. We would for sure rent from this owner again!!!!

I was not notified of the address or the unit number until I called with one day before we arrived. The unit was spacious. The view was great. The main tv was terrible , it had lines running through it. Everything else in the unit worked great.

The location of the condo is perfect - right on the beach with a nice pool. If only it wasn't windy and 50 degrees during our stay :(The condo itself is very large and nicely decorated. The balcony is a perfect spot to watch the sunset on the gulf. Since it was so cold and windy during our stay, the beach was unusable, but the sunsets from the balcony were magical.The individual unit and complex itself could use some TLC. Nothing had a negative impact on our stay (thus still the 5 star review), but inside had some things that needed repair here and there. There was a broken closet door, a cracked floor tile, a pulled out cable cord, lines on the main TV, minor damage to some decor, etc. Nothing major and nothing that impacted our stay, but it could definitely use some minor repairs here and there. Otherwise the unit was wonderful. Comfortable and a great location.The complex was a little run down, but is still dealing with hurricane damage from last year so that is understandable.

As noted in the listing prior to booking, the pool is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance and is expected to be completed by the end of December. Guests were informed in advance on the platform and provided access to an alternate pool nearby to help minimize the impact. We regret any inconvenience caused by your interaction with one of the construction workers and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The unit itself is fully functional and well-maintained, but we understand that the ongoing construction may have impacted your experience. We remain dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of our guests.

This condo was PERFECT for my groups Bible get away. We had plenty of room for each couple to sleep and having 3 bathrooms was very helpful. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The patio was the best place to enjoy dinner together and look at the ocean. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. We will definitely be back again.

Great view of the pool and the beach! Loved the size of the condo and the balconies were fantastic! The only thing I would change is to add a griddle and a crockpot so guests can do more cooking. Loved our vacation!

Family spring vacation

Property is as advertised. Beach is great! Pool area is bigger in person than what pictures show. Large condo space was perfect for our family of 7! Home is immaculate. Located in a great area with so much to do so close by.

The main television doesn’t work- there are green lines in it and it’s dying. Other comments will tell you loose wires, which isn’t true and an IT person traveling with us confirmed a new television is needed. The bedroom televisions aren’t usable if so they should leave instructions. The upstairs bedroom balcony could use need furniture, the little table is broken and has black pieces falling off it plus the couch outside either needs a good cleaning or needs new cushions there looks to be mold on them.I did leave messages regarding the television and broken table and were told maintenance would come-NEVER did. The chair in the upstairs bedroom, which is the bigger bedroom is extremely comfortable but needs a cleaning.I had another issue in the beginning of the vacation (on my actual birthday) which I reached out about to hear nothing after I provided the address. Then the same issue occurred again two days later so I sent another message- NO RESPONSE until Saturday.. which basically hindered the vacation and the ability to relax. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, especially on the issue I had at hand. I’m not sure I will use this company again to book for next year, I have used others with much better communication.The couches and beds are very comfortable, they have enough coffee filters and leave a good amount of toilet paper for you, along with some laundry detergent which is nice. The condo is spacious, allowing for you not to feel on top of each other.The view is amazing and these condos are a great time I have stayed in a few through the years.
