🚌 The PTSA Beach Trolley runs along Gulf Blvd from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach 🌴🏖️ and stops right nearby. You can hop on and off all day, making it easy to explore without driving. Just $5 for 4 rides 💵✨—perfect for stress-free beach hopping!



🌊 Beach Guidelines:

Please note that city regulations prohibit fires on the beach. Guests are also required to stay on marked paths within the Beach Nourishment area.



⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:

* While we regularly treat for pests, they're common to FL and waterfront condos, so it's possible to encounter them. As a result, we do not issue refunds for pests

* If you book during hurricane season (July - November), we strongly suggest travel insurance. We do not issue refunds for any weather-related issues

* Amenities are controlled by the HOA and not us (e.g. pool) and so we cannot guarantee they will always be available (sometimes HOA closes for maintenance/cleaning). We do not issue refunds for amenity related issues.

* Construction is possible - some condos undergo renovations without notifying us.

* Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee them. Nearby stores are easily accessible.

Guests have full access to the entire condo 🏠, including 2 bedrooms 🛏️, a loft, 2 bathrooms 🛁, the living and dining areas 🛋️🍽️, a fully equipped kitchen 🍳, a covered deck with Adirondack chairs 🌅, washer and dryer 🧺, and 2 covered parking spaces 🚗. Beach chairs and towels 🏖️ are also provided for your seaside fun!

We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns.



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.



PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply).

For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.
