Sandra, that backyard pool and hot tub with good weather on top of it is exactly the combination we hope guests get, and we are glad it landed that way for you. The stocked kitchen and the clean house are things we work hard at, so hearing both called out means a lot. Next time you are out this way, the evenings are worth staying in for, the sky over that backyard after dark is something else, and the shops and tasting rooms nearby are an easy drive. Suzanne, a perfect ten from you on a short review means you felt it and didn't need to say more. The Hill Country has a way of doing that to people. Whenever you're ready to come back, the house sits right in the middle of it all, and the bluebonnets in spring make the drive out here worth the trip on their own.

Spring getaway

This is a lovely property on a beautiful street in Fredericksburg, Texas! Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub and we enjoyed the covered porch; a great place to have coffee! We would return to this place!

Donald, a quiet neighborhood with Main Street just five minutes out is exactly the kind of balance that makes the Hill Country hard to leave. Glad the house worked so well for your family. If you make it back, the area really opens up when you have a few extra days to explore beyond Main Street, wineries, swimming holes, and little towns that reward slowing down. Anonymous, getting out to the wineries and still having a backyard worth settling into at the end of the day is the best of both worlds out here. The Hill Country has a way of doing that to people, and it sounds like the house delivered on both fronts. Come back in the spring when the wildflowers are running and the tasting rooms are at their liveliest. We would love to have you again!

This house had plenty of room for me and 5 cousins. It was also well stocked with all supplies. We would stay here again.

Anonymous, six cousins under one roof in the Hill Country is no small thing, and the fact that the house held everyone comfortably says a lot. We put real thought into stocking these homes so nobody has to make a run to town on the first night, and it sounds like that paid off. Come back when the wildflowers are out in spring, the whole resort looks completely different and it is worth the trip on its own.

Great place! convenient to everything Loved the town, the house and jacuzzi and Enchanted Rock State Park. Three 70+ couples had a blast.

Ronald, three couples all 70-plus tearing through Enchanted Rock and still coming back to soak in the jacuzzi afterward is the kind of trip this house was made for. That combination of easy access to town and the state park right up the road is something guests come back for again and again. Next time you're out this way, the fall wildflower season around the park is something else entirely. We'd love to have your group back!

We went for a bachelorette weekend. Check in is a breeze. The house is beautiful and very spacious. It had everything we needed and more! The owner was so helpful and nice. Highly recommend!!
