Our pet-friendly home offers a large, fully fenced backyard perfect for your furry friends. The home features three luxurious king-size beds and a fun twin trundle for the kids. You can relax around the cozy indoor fireplace or enjoy a BBQ on the outdoor grill. The backyard is a wonderful area for dining and entertaining, with a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. And with a full kitchen, you can easily prepare meals for your family and friends.

Guest access:
As our guest, you'll have exclusive access to the entire house and backyard, providing you with ample space to relax and enjoy your stay. We understand the importance of privacy, so you can feel free to make yourself at home without any interruptions.
Other things to note
Due to the colder weather in the winter months (January, February, and March), we do not heat the pool, as it's not ideal swimming weather and the maximum heat it will reach is 85. However, the hot tub is always heated and ready for you to enjoy. Upon your arrival, you may check the temperature and please adjust it to your liking.

Age Requirements: In compliance with local regulations, all booking guests must be 25 years of age or older. Any guests under 25 are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout their stay.

Pet fee: A pet fee of $100 per pet with a 45 lb limit, max of 3 pets only and 45lb limit each

An additional twin trundle bed is also available, making it ideal for families.

Pool and Hot tub: The hot tub is heated and available for your enjoyment throughout the year.
Please note, the swimming pool is not heated during the colder winter months (January, February, and March).
