Nestled just moments away from the heart of Dundee, this spectacular wine country retreat is perfectly located for your stay to enjoy everything this wonderful region has to offer.



Inside you will find a fantastically appointed home. The entire living, dining, and kitchen area is connected to create a cozy and inviting environment. Every piece of furnishing and décor was procured to create that perfect blend of style and comfort. On the same level you will find the fully fenced backyard with its ample seating, fire-table and beautiful setting with farmland and greenspace beyond.



Upstairs you will find the four spacious bedrooms. The gorgeous primary bedroom is loaded with amenities such as the en-suite bathroom, large closet, flat screen TV, and the private balcony which is always a favorite. The other three bedrooms each boast a queen bed and share the second full bathroom.



The fully fenced backyard is perfect for kiddos and dogs. With a bunch of games, new outdoor furniture and the fire-table it makes for a truly special to enjoy every moment you can. Don't forget there are hundreds of world class vineyards just a short drive away, along with the Air and Space Museum that also has the Wings and Waves waterpark the whole family can enjoy. Amazing food, drinks, and adventures are just moments away while staying with us The Willamette Vintage Property



We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.



Pet friendly **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Great House and Location

The house was central to anyplace you wanted to to go in Dundee and Newberg. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook. The living room was comfortable and provided a gathering place at the end of the day, Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The nice back yard is also a plus if the weather is nice. iTrip sends out communication that is clear and gives you what you need. They also checked in with us after arrival to see how things were and to check in to see if we needed anything.

Willamette Vintage Rocks!

Willamette Vintage is in a great area for wine tasting locally and in the surrounding vineyards. It was very clean and stocked amazingly well with all the necessities you need to compliment your stay. Loved the house and will return next time in the area. Highly recommend.

The house was extremely well appointed and totally met our expectations. The kitchen was very well appointed and the bottle of local wine was much appreciated. Seldom do you fine a house that is so "dog friendly" for our daughter's two dogs.

Great home in wine country

A lovely property in the heart of wine country. The spacious backyard and covered balcony deck make it a perfect place to relax after a day of wine tasting at the nearby wineries. The kitchen has all the appliances you need to cook your own meals. The location is also convenient, as you can easily walk to the town's restaurants and wine tasting rooms. There is plenty of room for a larger group or a family.

Cute House- Great for Families

The house was nice. Really enjoyed the master suite and the updated bathrooms. Our large group had plenty of room. The backyard was fenced in and felt private. We spent a lot of time out there sitting at the patio set. There are games in the garage that the kids really enjoyed. The only downsides were there isn’t a ton of parking and there just seemed like a long list of rules that greet you as soon as you walk in. They stated that there is a decibel meter in the house to track how loud the group is. I just found this odd because I haven’t seen that at other properties. I’m not sure if that has been an issue in the past for them. We enjoyed the house but just felt like we were being monitored the entire weekend. However, the hosts were very accommodating of our group and we really appreciated them. I would recommend this property, but not if you are a loud group (we aren’t so it was fine for us).

We are happy you and your guests found that the home had plenty of room for your large group, provided comfort and allowed privacy while enjoying the backyard. The decibel meter inside the home is only there as a preventive measure against excessive guests or unwarranted parties. This device does not record or video nor does it hinder our guests from enjoying themselves. There would need to be quite a disturbance for this to be triggered. Our goal is to ensure you have a great time but also that we remain great actors in the community.
