Wonderful house and groundsâclean, beautiful, and comfortable. This was our 4th visit and hopefully not our last. Best strawberry picking in the world nearby! We also love Silver Falls State Park.
Wonderful home, with everything we needed and could have needed! We stayed for a family wedding nearby. The kitchen very well stocked with everything you'd need to prepare all meals. We all felt so relaxed and comfortable there, sitting in the beautiful yard at back of the home bordering the large hazelnut orchard. It's a gorgeous setting and so close to Wilsonville with an easy hasslefree drive without all the traffic to deal with. There is ample parking available. The hosts were responsive and very helpful.
We were a group of seven, all in our 70s and 80s, there for a family reunion. The house suited us perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils, pots and pans, and anything else you would need to make a meal. The owners were accommodating and helpful. Overall, it was a delightful place to stay.
We could not have had a better place to stay while in Oregon for a family drag racing event meet-up. This perfect property feels totally country and quiet yet we were 10â or less from town. All rooms are as seen on line and more spacious than pictured. Thereâs historic beauty to appreciate here. Outdoors even in 80-90 degree weather, we stayed cool. The owners have AC upstairs and provide multiple fans for downstairs aside from already having ceiling fans in rooms. It was really hard to leave the property grounds because everything is provided, down to a real pencil sharpener which we used. Grass and yard were comfortable and lush, outdoor seating, deck and spare chairs made it so cozy. Our group of five ranging in age from 20 to 83 liked everything and the garage rec-room was a hit for relaxation too. We did not cook after all but could have with everything available. I liked that there was both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. Also having three bathrooms was a major plus. Front door has a keypad entry which is great for multiple families. We saw and petted the goats. Owners were excellent communicators. I canât stress how important this was. We did not have any dogs with us this time but they even had a feeding station and many fresh dog towels available. We hope to be able to return in the future and highly recommend this property.
Phenomenal stay!! About 30 minutes from the city, but honestly that was a plus as you got to actually enjoy the beauty of nature and see the surrounding areas.Communication was excellent, & they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were even allowed to have a late check out when our flight out was in the evening. Highly recommend!
Spacious house, well equipped and beautiful, peaceful location. One of the best homes we've stayed at, lovely surroundings. We stayed 3 days, and it worked very well. The kitchen was great with plenty of dishes and supplies. The beds were very comfortable and the area was great to explore. The owners were very responsive. Would stay again when in the area!
We loved the house .. great location to all the things we wanted to do . Wooden shoe tulip fest was fantastic . Thanks for sharing your history of the house with us .
We stayed here in July 2024 with my brother's family - wife, daughter, her husband and 4 boys under 7. It was perfect! Lots of room inside and outside and everything well stocked. And, the goats and the hazelnut orchard! For New Year's time, we needed a place away from SW Washington fireworks. It was perfect for just the 3 of us.
Perfect for family. Everyone commented on how perfect it was for a family plenty of space for everyone. They even had a Christmas tree. Our 4 year old granddaughter said it was the most beautiful tree it was perfect. Truly enjoyed our stay and the hosts were wonderful. Would recommend and stay again.
We came up for The Mount Angel Oktoberfest at the behest of my 87-year-old German grandmother, who had the time of her life!
We were so appreciative of our quiet, somehow equally spacious, and cozy home-base.
The farmhouse was so charming, nostalgic, and peaceful. It contained everything we needed and fit our family perfectly. We are very thankful to have had such a lovely place to stay.
We chose our stay due to the proximity of a yoga retreat we were attending only 10 minutes away and it was perfect. Close enough that we could go back and forth at lunch and far away enough to get a new perspective on the surroundings. The house was as described. Cozy, charming, and comfortable for 6 guests to have their own sleeping areas. I wasnât sure about staying on a âworking farmâ but there was never any disturbance and the shared driveway still felt private. I would absolutely stay here again!
We stayed here at the farmhouse because it was close to my sonâs wedding venue and they excepted dogs. It is a nice property and the house is an old farmhouse but thatâs the charm. The only negative thing is the upstairs only has one bathroom with two bedrooms and you have to walk through a bedroom to get to bathroom. I know old houses were built like that. Just something to consider. The other thing they need to upgrade is the mattress's very old and uncomfortable. For a house that says 10 people there is not enough furniture in main living room. You need a sectional couch. The kitchen was stocked very well and good size as the dining room. The backyard is nice for barbecue. I love the goats. But they need to tell you the top wire is electrical just a warning, it really is a good place to stay with a large family. Beautiful scenery. Thank you for allowing our dogs and family to visit.
The farmhouse was a better experience than I expected. Anthony and Beri were so friendly and helpful. The house has everything and works out great for a larger group. Would definitely recommend!
We could not have found a more perfect place to stay and prepare for our daughter's wedding. Anthony and Bari were AMAZING! they answered all our questions and made our stay so comfortable. The property was perfect, everyone felt relaxed and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking the hazelnut farm, playing outdoor games, and visiting the sweetest goats. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful place. Thank you!
My name is Anthony. B&B Orchards has been in my family for four generations, and I'm proud and excited to continue old family traditions while helping the farm to grow. Agriculture has always been a big part of my life. After gaining experience working for a prominent local research farm, I earned my Masters in Horticulture from Oregon State University. I'm passionate about permaculture, organic food practices, and sustainability, and I hope to incorporate those things more and more into our family's farm as we continue to plan for expanding and diversifying this beautiful property.
B&B Orchards allows guests to get a glimpse of what it feels like to live on a real, working farm. The property has been in our family for generations, and we're proud to share this beautiful, relaxing space.
While the farm is the perfect calm setting for those looking to get away from it all, it's also located just a short drive from plenty of wineries, breweries, and restaurants, as well as hiking trails and recreational areas. Whatever your preference, you'll find we're conveniently situated less than an hour and a half from the city, the airport, the coast, and the mountains!
