Bienvenue sur Pinot Vista! Cette spacieuse maison récemment r��novée offre un lieu de repos, de détente et de jeu tout en explorant tout ce que la vallée de la Willamette a à offrir. Idéalement située sur les contreforts juste au-dessus de la ville de Dundee, au cœur du pays des vins de l'Oregon, cette belle demeure est suffisamment rurale pour profiter de la vie isolée, à seulement un kilomètre du centre-ville avec un accès facile à de nombreux établissements vinicoles, restaurants et activités. .

À compter du printemps 2017, Pinot Vista a été rénové avec de la peinture fraîche, du mobilier, des appareils ménagers et des luminaires. Des améliorations ont été apportées au pont extérieur et à la voie d’évitement, et un tout nouveau gril au propane est proposé. Des améliorations mineures supplémentaires seront apportées au cours de la prochaine année pour assurer la jouissance continue de cette magnifique maison à tous ses futurs clients.

Bénéficiant d'une vue impressionnante sur deux vignobles, ainsi que le mont. Hood et le mont. Jefferson, cette maison offre amplement d'espace pour se réunir dans un cadre magnifique. Un salon à aire ouverte avec cheminée, une salle à manger pour 12 personnes et une cuisine entièrement équipée offrent beaucoup de place pour se réunir en famille ou entre amis. Une grande suite parentale comprend un coin salon, une cheminée, une salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi et accès au pont. Quatre chambres supplémentaires avec lits queen size et deux salles de bain complètes supplémentaires garantissent un espace suffisant pour plusieurs invités. Les planchers de bois franc et de carrelage traversent toute la maison et de nombreuses fenêtres fournissent un éclairage naturel. Pinot Vista est bien aménagé et un rêve pour se divertir!

Spacious and Lovely

Pinot Vista was a great property with tons of space for the family and pets. House was clean and well maintained. The property manager and maintenence person were very responsive with the questions I had (turns out the power had briefly gone out in the entire city). I would definitely recommend this home as a vacation spot.

Excellent Location

This was the perfect location for our trip to Willamette Valley! This was our first time bringing our kids and parents. The house was spacious and exactly what we needed! We would come back!

Best location

This home is settled in between vineyards on a very spacious property. A vineyard ranked in the top 25 most beautiful vineyards in the world is a 2 minute walk from the front door. It’s stunning. Some TLC could make this a luxury property.

Wedding Weekend

We were moved to this house before check in because of an issue that our original house had. This house is very large and beautiful with amazing views. My suggestion to the owners is to move the bedroom from the basement to the tv room on the second floor. A TV in the living room instead would be nice. We wanted to watch TV at night but felt like we were going to wake the kids who were sleeping in the bedroom across the hall. While the basement is offered as a 5th bedroom in a finished basement, it did not feel finished to me as there is no flooring beyond a painted cement floor. Other than that, the house was great, and the property managers are very responsive.

Relaxing Stay

This was a team build work trip. We rented two vacation rentals this being one of them. Location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood with wineries near by. A few within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Two things Active mole issue. Our dogs had an issue The outdoor lights were not working. The management co was contacted, however the issue wasn’t resolved.

Graduation Weekend Stay

Great location to stay with multiple families. Our stay was for a time of celebration for a college graduation weekend. Communication was great, they notified us the BBQ was down on the way to our stay and they were able to expedited the fix in time so we could cook our planned BBQ graduation dinner. Very easy to communicate with and quick responses.

Granddaughter's wedding

The location is picturesque and very convenient. The amenities were even better than expected and the home was very comfortable if not brand new. Downside was not the property but the maintenance. There were no linens for pullout beds and no backup linens at all (except 5+ pillowcases). As a result, friends who traveled from Colorado had to make last minute hotel arrangements. When notified, linens were delivered the next day, which was the last night of our 3 day stay. VRBO agent was easy to contact and very responsive.

Great location near George Fox University

We had a large group of family in town for our daughter’s Doctorate of PT graduation from George Fox University, this house fit our needs perfectly. Could not figure out how to work the tv in the master bedroom but everything else worked wonderfully.

A beautiful escape

The house is just about an hour away from our home, but it seems far enough away. It's large, clean, and well appointed. Check in is a breeze. There are several wineries in walking distance. The kids had a blast playing outside on the property.

Perfect for our Wedding Party!

My husband and I got married at the Water Oasis and needed a place for all of us (bride, groom, and wedding party) to stay and this was the perfect spot! The property is beautiful and very spacious. Perfect for the 12 of us. Only small notes are that the towel racks were loose so they would fall often, and that there were often stink bugs in the house (but that may just be the area in January). Communication with the owners was great and very fast. Highly recommend!

Great getaway in wine country

We were in the valley to celebrate a milestone birthday for one of the group. The house was perfectly situated around so many wineries. It was great to be able to walk to a few when we didn’t want to worry about driving. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space to accommodate our group. The views of Mt. Hood from the deck were a pleasant surprise too!! The house really did have everything we needed for a great weekend away. We all agreed we would rent the house again should we make another visit to the area!

Wandering the wine country

Most everything about this place was close to what was advertised, but what we saw when we got there was that it was a bit more dated than the pictures depicted. There's something about walking up to the front door and seeing a giant rat trap in front of the front steps that's a bit of a turn off. There were just multiple areas in the house that were functional, but needed to be updated. Some loose boards on the back deck, a couple stairs in front that were a little bit dangerous and railings that needed to be sanded down. This did not take away from the great location, the overall size and the wonderful time we had.

Great property in every way

Three generations of our family spent 4 nights here over Christmas. The house is spacious and well laid out; easily accommodating our group of 14. The kitchen is the most well equipped of any place we've ever stayed. All of the furniture is so comfortable, it wasn't easy to leave when the time came. The manager, Cory, is an excellent communicator, keeping me informed in advance and following up quickly with any questions. If you are here to take in the wine country, there are numerous options closeby, as well as some great restaurants.

Terrible property in a great location

The property manager was very easy to work with and very helpful pre-arrival. The property is also in a great location. Unfortunately, those are the only good things I can note. When we drove up to the property, we honestly thought the property might be abandoned. There were dead plants and vines, trash in the yard including many cigarette and marijuana butts. The overall exterior appearance was dirty and neglected. Inside was not much better. Furniture was cheap and basic. Upholstery was dirty in living area. Kitchen equipment like pots and pans were cheap and worn — making it difficult to even consider cooking. The bedrooms were furnished like bad college dorm rooms. We found a dead roach in the the bath towels in one bedroom. Rugs throughout the house were filthy. The property was being invaded by yellow jackets — one of our family members even was stung. This was after we asked the property manager to spray. The pest control company that came did not really seem to take our concerns about those seriously. The property description and the photos in the listing are totally misleading. Based on all this, we can not recommend this property.

Pinot Vista Review

Pinot Vista is in a lovely location, right in the Dundee Hills. They aren’t lying when they say it is surrounded by wineries! We were there in a February, so the shrubbery was dormant, but the landscape was still very green. Due to previous reviews I thought this house would be lovely. When we pulled up, we were not entirely sure we were at the correct place. The house worked for us, but the pictures were slightly “realtor misleading”. Some suggestions we would have for Pinot Vista, and Corey with ITrip are: 1. Spray for bugs. The house was infested with box elder bugs in all rooms and fruit ants in the kitchen. 2. Provide linen for the sofa sleeper and futon. Although the parties may not have the max number of guests, it is an option rather than double sleeping. 3. Provide more than 1-2 rolls of toilet paper. If you are having a girls weekend wine tasting, this is not an adequate number. 4. Supply coffee and or firewood. I feel in many of my travels these are the small touches that come with the VRBO. Yours was the first in many to not supply. 5. Clean up the outside garage and shed area. Again, we were there in the winter months, so the outside was not as appealing. Although, there was a lot of easy cleanup around the property that would have helped to spruce up the timely place. 6. Heat the house before arrival. When we arrived the house temperature was at 55! 7. Cleanliness could have been improved. Organization of the laundry room and cleanliness of the linens needed work. Corey at ITrip was wonderful to work with and very timely in all responses and questions. This house worked for us. Next time we visit, we would probably not stay here. We did not believe it was a 5 star stay. That is not saying it isn’t a great location and lovely older home. This review is solely to help them improve for times to come!

So much wrong!

Our family has used VRBO numerous times, for many years. This is going to be an honest review of how our stay really went. We booked this place for Christmas. We are all spread out now as a family and there are little ones so we try to meet in a location that will be central for travel. Our Son, his wife and infant son had flown in to Portland, my husband and I drove 4.5 hrs to get to this rental, our daughter and family drove that far as well. Other family came from salem and Eugene. So needless to say we all traveled and wanted a comfortable, clean. Warm home to stay for three nights. Well we stayed only two nights due to multiple conditions. Mainly the cold home! The thermostat would click over to air conditioning in the middle of the night, both nights! The house was freezing cold! It was cold outside and our thought was the heating system was overheating itself and clicked over to AC?? We don’t know?? It’s the same thermostat we have in our home so it was familiar to us. Still could not get it to stay warm. 2. The place was crawling with bugs! I had read in another review about the bugs and the response from property management was it was grape harvest and the flying nats come from that. Well these were flying bugs like nats and cockroaches, tons of cockroaches on walls and ceiling’s. If you turn on the light in a dark room they scatter. 3. Missing burner on the stove, it’s gone. So while trying to cook a nice meal you’re a burner down. 4. Downstairs bedroom has a sliding glass door that will not close properly. Could not get it to lock. They used a stick in the door. Horrible draft coming in due to door not closing properly. A huge safety concern. 5. Filthy vents! All over the home. Dirt and dust into the air with use of heating system (when that worked) 6. Fly paper hanging in kitchen over work space FULL of dead bugs. and two bug traps that Were full. Looked like they hadn’t been changed in ??? How long. 7. Dusty decor in the home. A clock on the mantle was so dusty. The time had not been changed since daylight savings time, I want to make it the correct time. I would guess it had not been dusted for a long time. We all left a day early, I asked for one night and cleaning deposit refund. Haven’t heard back. I submitted videos, and pictures of all issues. The video and pics don’t lie. It’s been 25days. Have a dispute started with our visa.
