The home was spacious, well appointed, yet comfortable. It afforded 2 private living areas which was wonderful. The games in the garage were great - we would have used them more had it not been so hot. We enjoyed the dock - fishing and relaxing, and loved the lake with its wildlife and sunsets. The neighborhood was very quiet! The owner was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay.

Had a great time here for a girl's weekend. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms and beds and the home was well stocked. We really enjoyed coffee on the patio, it is very peaceful. Great sunset views in the evenings. Lots of space and appreciated use of the garage for parking. Quiet neighborhood.

I stayed at this home with some friends for a Girl's Trip getaway. The house was perfect! The inside was new, modern, and completely spotless! It was well stocked and had a great layout. There was plenty of space to keep our luggage, hang clothes, and put away the food and drinks that we bought. The location was great. It sits right on the lake, so provided a beautiful view, but is also a quick and easy drive to restaurants and shopping. We rented a boat/driver from a local owner, and he was able to pull right up to the dock to pick us up. Communication with the owner was great as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place

We were very impressed with this home on the lake, and I have high standards! It was as clean as a hotel (if not better than most) everything was prepared and any item we needed for cooking was in the cabinets (except we couldn't find a whisk). The view of the lake is better than the pictures! Our young adult kids loved the activities. We will book again.

Family Weekend

This house was beyond our expectations. It was beautiful and spacious enough for my family to easily enjoy many activities including fishing, relaxing on the back porch and in the hot tub, and playing ping pong. So peaceful and quiet. We will be back.

Wonderful

Our stay was wonderful. The house was so beautiful & spacious even better than the pictures! The decor was so tasteful & fun! We enjoyed being able to park our car in the garage and even had fun playing ping pong! The table and chairs were a perfect size for game playing and then morning coffee around the cozy fireplace. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Equipment Not Working

Nice house but having instructions explaining how things work would be very useful. TV in master bedroom does not have many options/apps to use/watch the TV. TV in upstairs TV room does not work or ROKU does not work. Cannot watch TV. Patio Fan blades do not work. Fan will rotate but fan blades do not turn on. Living Room lights did not work. When we did get them to turn on, they would only flicker. Believe the issue is the light bulbs are not dimmable, and the switches are. Septic system alarm went off and we had to turn it off from the outside. We called the property manager and we were told to leave it off. We were told this happens frequently. Outdoor trashcans were almost full which did not give us much room for our trash.

Perfect place for a family getaway

We took our kids and jet skis for a quick trip and wish we could have stayed longer! The house itself is super clean, awesome layout, fully stocked, and perfect for relaxing. The dock and lakeside yard is just incredible, we had so so much fun! Can’t wait to go back. Amy takes great care of her guests!

Guy’s Weekend

Group of 6 that graduated HS together in 1985 and have gotten together for the past 26 years. Absolutely perfect location for our annual get together. Pictures don’t do it justice! Great location on Lake Granbury and we loved everything about the house.

Grandbury Lake House

We loved everything about our stay!! The lake was beautiful and the house was way more than we expected. The house had everything we needed and plenty of places to sleep. The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this place as a family getaway.

Weekend Getaway

I am very picky about where we stay. I usually bring cleaning supplies to clean before I can settle in. I did NOT feel the need to do that here. The house was lovely. Everything was as it appears in the pictures. Everything worked as intended. It was such a nice and peaceful weekend away we already plan to book the property again. Oh, and the property owner/manager made sure we had her contact if we needed anything. It was fabulous!

Relaxing Lake House

I'm not sure where to start but from the time of booking and through out my stay the experience was exceptional. After booking I was updated in a timely manner on every aspect of my stay and was contacted by the host which assured me our stay would be nothing less than spectacular and she was so right it was amazing. The pictures doesn't do the house justice it is a very well thought out floor plan and equipped with everything you will need. my wife and I will be returning soon. Oh and downtown Granbury is a great evening getaway.
