Gordon Place is unique building located between Exhibition and Spring streets, extending north from Little Bourke Street. It was named for Gordon House, situated near the intersection of Little Bourke and Spring streets. Gordon House was built as a guest-house in 1883 by politician and theatrical entrepreneur George Coppin.

There is also a powder room in the living area.

Please ensure your booking has the correct number of guests listed to avoid a call out fee for extras, as linen and amenities are supplied based on this number. One towel per guest, plus a starter pack of toilet paper, bathroom amenities and basic kitchen supplies are included to get you started on your stay! If you are staying for more than a few days, please bring your additional requirements.
