Manawa on Kawaha is situated in the sought after Kawaha Point area of Rotorua, a small peninsula on Lake Rotorua. This is a five bedroom, three bathroom executive house with a huge entertainer's kitchen and living area as well as a seperate TV lounge with Sky TV. The house has fantastic lake views from its elevated position which can be enjoyed from the numerous decks on either side of the house. There is also a lockable storage shed for bikes.   

The Space:
The house is two story with all living on the ground floor opening out onto decks three sides of the house.

You'll have the house to yourself.

The Neighborhood:
Kawaha Point is about 10min drive to the Rotorua CBD. It is sought after for it's views of Lake Rotorua and is a lovely neighbourhood surrounded by quality homes and great neighbours.
