Perched lakeside over picturesque Lake Rotorua, this quintessential Kiwi Bach boasts amazing panoramic views and understated artistic ambience all within close proximity to town and the many local attractions.
We stayed on the lake for 2 nights while we enjoyed the sights of Rotorua- comfy stay with a lovely big lounge area and beautiful views across the lake.
We had two families stay comfortably at this lakeside house. The property has a huge enclosed front yard and a lakefront backyard. The house itself was comfortably furnished with gorgeous views of the lake. The location is convenient if you have a car to get around.
Mid-century perfection with a good dose of rest and relaxation. The property is fully equipped with stunning views and ambiance. It is nicely located near grocery stores and a short drive to downtown. Itâs spacious enough for our party of 5 to be comfortable and relaxed. We spent most of our time exploring the area, dining in and out, and returning to a pleasant and restful home. Sean was always available and helpful, a perfect host.
Good location, beautiful views, but very dated, in poor condition and not well cleaned. Kitchen needs renovation, hob knobs look âmelted', bugs on hob hood filter and lights, ants in kitchen, living room furniture worn out, patio doors barely slide with locks that barely work, dirty outdoor seating. Lacks lamps and ottomans. Not recommended in current condition.
We are best friends and business partners. And we have both recently moved from Melbourne to New Zealand. We are both passionate about all things mid century, design, good food, art culture and travel. And of course enjoy being social over a beverage or two.
The location is awesome, within close proximity to town, Ohinemutu and Whakarewarewa Village, Te Puia, the condoles, night luge, mountain bike trails , lakes and everything else Rotorua has to offer. And only 50 minutes across to the ocean.
