This gorgeous house has only just had a major remodel and renovation and is now a beautiful, modern and delightful place to stay, with the ability to sleep up to 8 people.

Bed linen and towels for up to 8 people included! No need to bother with the hassle of bringing and filling up your car with linen and towels.

A brand new kitchen boasts plenty of counter space, all new appliances, and fully appointed kitchen with Scanpan cookware for the discerning chefs. A covered deck with counter space, sink, mini bar fridge and BBQ makes the perfect indoor/outdoor entertaining area, no matter the weather.

The beautifully appointed bedrooms with brand new, comfy mattresses, boast two queen bedrooms, and one bunk bed that is a single on top and double bed on the bottom. Each bed has their own light and USB charging ports for electronic devices.

Downstairs has a lovely large living area and fabulous 10 seater timber dining table. The downstairs bathroom is also home to the laundry with a brand new Fischer and Paykel washing machine.

The upstairs bathroom has been completely rebuilt and now boasts a gorgeous large shower and separate bath tub. The upstairs living area is light and bright and just a delightful space to spend time in. The upstairs living area can also be converted into a bedroom if you need, with the upstairs sofa actually a Koala queen size sofa bed.

This property has plenty of room for parking up to 4 cars, and room to park a boat or caravan. It is also fully fenced so it is safe for animals or children. And we know how hard it is to travel with babies or toddlers (been there, done that) so we want to make life easier by providing a high chair, potty/step stool, port-a-cot, and baby gate, as well as child friendly crockery and cutlery.

At Rose Sea Cottage we have worked hard to be environmentally friendly. The entire house runs on solar power. The carpet is all pure wool, which also makes it allergy friendly (no pesky dust mites), and the kitchen scraps are collected and turned into compost for our garden. Only natural and eco-friendly products are used in the house for both cleaning, and for guest use in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Improvements and additions never stop at Rose Sea Cottage, and we are now pleased to offer a newly-built outdoor covered deck with hot and cold shower! This is a perfect area to wash down after the beach with a handy bench to wash the bathers etc, as well as a shaded clothes line to dry clothes that may be sensitive to full sun. (We also have a separate larger clothes line fully exposed to the sun). Let's be honest, we love the beach but also love coming home to a hot shower, and now it's easier than ever to wash yourself (and the kids!) with our outdoor shower using top-quality tapware.

If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful house, Rose Sea Cottage is only a 5 minute drive from Corinella where the renowned “Fig and the Bay” restaurant serves the best food and coffee in the area. Get there by car or take your bike and ride the gorgeous Bay Trail and take in the stunning coastal views riding from Coronet Bay to Corinella. Or take one of the longer bike rides like the Bass Coast Rail Trail and make a day of it, stopping at one of the many gorgeous local cafes or pubs. Or just pack a picnic using beautiful local produce and stop to soak in the many stunning views along the way.
