"Ayubowan Villa" is situated in a quiet court and this pet-friendly home (outdoors only) is only a few minutes walk from shops, cafes and North-facing bay beach. Some of the many features of this delightful home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

This split level home has 8 steps to the front door. On this level is the Master Bedroom which has a WIR and en-suite (with shower & toilet), Bedroom 2 (with BIR), Bedroom 3 (with smart TV & BIR), the main Bathroom (with shower & toilet) and a separate fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) which opens onto the rear yard. Up another 6 steps takes you to the large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living room (with smart TV) that leads out to the large fully enclosed West facing balcony.

Outdoor Areas

The large upstairs balcony (with outdoor seating and an upgraded 4 burner BBQ) overlooks the front of the house and the park across the road. The double garage is not available for guest use, however there is a wide driveway with space to park 3 cars, which extends into the secure rear yard with a lovely garden (with hot & cold outdoor shower) and includes a storage area for boats or caravans. Pets are welcome, but please keep them outside.

The fantastic Katherine Circuit Playground is opposite the house, with slides, monkey bars, table and lots of open space for ball games - perfect for the kids!

Kitchen

The fully appointed upstairs kitchen is equipped with all standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, Air Fryer, Sandwich press, Jaffle maker, waffle maker, etc. plus a double sink, pantry, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the living room plus ceiling fans and wall mounted heaters in Bedrooms 1 and 2. Bedroom 3 also has a portable cooling unit, there are 2 portable fans in the Laundry, 2 mobile heaters in the Bedrooms and 1 in the Living room.

Bedroom Configuration

This home has 5 beds, plus a sofa bed, accommodating up to 9 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One set of Single bunks and One Single bed

There is also a Double sized sofa bed in the living room suitable for 2 adults or children.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
