Located next to the beautiful Mount Maunganui main beach and with walking tracks right on doorstep, is this newly renovated and spacious two bedroom, two-bathroom stunning apartment. Located on the 9th floor capturing sweeping views of the main beach, Pilot Bay, the Ports of Tauranga and Mauao. Offering an effortless holiday experience just a stones throw from all local amenities. Watch the everchanging views from your own private balcony and enjoy the onsite pool, spa ,gym and sauna.
The Space:
A lovely open plan living space flows to a large balcony with sweeping views. A dining area and ample seating caters to all occasions and the elegant modern kitchen is well appointed with quality chattels. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, a sumptuous ensuite and a captivating view of the main beach. The second bedroom features two single beds and a full bathroom provides further convenience.
Other Things to Note:
We don't accept bookings from groups under the age of 25 years. We also have a strict no party policy so if you are planning on holding a party please look elsewhere.
