Step inside, and you'll discover a beautifully appointed interior with a fully equipped kitchen boasting modern appliances, a double-door fridge, and a remarkable marble benchtop. The home is furnished with exquisite décor and furnishings, creating an inviting atmosphere that may make you never want to leave.
Comfortably accommodating up to 6 people across three bedrooms, each equipped with queen beds, The Sweet Spot offers a restful haven. Off-street parking is available for two cars (or one Jetski), supplemented by additional parking on the street.
This home is equipped with modern amenities, including a full laundry, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for your entertainment needs. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a short 10-minute drive into the heart of Mount Maunganui, where you'll find your favorite shops, restaurants, and cafes.
