If you plan to visit Bayfair shopping centre to check out the stores, cinemas and restaurants, it's a quick, flat, 11-minute walk. In summer, the Baywave Aquatech and Leisure centre is a good spot to visit for activities also an 11-minute walk. For big events, Baypark arena is only 2.3km away or if you'd like to get in a few rounds of golf on your trip away, both local Golf courses are 1.7km away.
