We had a wonderful week: perfect location to access outer Cape beaches, hiking and bike riding. Beautiful deck and peaceful setting. The cottage was fully equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was very helpful to get detailed directions to the house ahead of time. A few suggestions: lots of ants when we arrived which we reported. Supposedly a company was coming several days later to treat the area and bring ant traps. No sign of it. Dusty in common areas. Conflicting info given about trash and recycling pickup, description of property amenities needs accurate updating. But small issues compared with how much we enjoyed our stay!
Cottage was very nice, clean, and peaceful. The only downside was the road getting to it . Was hard to find, could not see number of the cottage anywhere. Other than that, great place to vacation.

This is the best location we have found on the Cape and we have been coming up for the past 18 years. The cottage is nestled in amongst the woods and sits on a small fishable pond that's teaming with wildlife. The house provided everything we needed. This location is for those that appreciate wildlife and the solitude that the woods and water provided. The location in Eastham is centrally located between Orleans/Brewster and Wellfleet/Truro and Providence town on the other end. The location allowed us to be able to grab all the eats we needed without having to venture to far if we didn't want to. We all had a.wonderful experience.

This home is located in a quiet area with access to many great beaches and attractions. The deck was well-furnishedâa great spot to watch birds while enjoying morning coffee. The outdoor shower was surprisingly lovely! Overall the home met all of our needs, and was true to the description. We visited Provincetown, went on a dune tour, enjoyed area beaches and restaurants. The only thing Iâd recommend is that the owner have the driveway repaired/leveled as it was difficult to maneuver around the ditches. Parking was limited.
We loved our stay at 3 Fairview Ave. It was exactly as represented, and in the most peaceful beautiful setting. We may have been the first people to even stay there this season, as everything looked brand new. The beds were beyond comfortable, the kitchen probably the most well-stocked of any place we've stayed, a lovely deck, and of course one of the best features one can ask for - an OUTDOOR shower. Even though it was a little chilly, we were both able to use it most days there. Other than not being able to bring my cats due to pet restriction, it was a PERFECT stay. Really a haven for true relaxation. We also really enjoyed all the birds in the surrounding woods as well as stuff on the pond. One morning, even saw wood ducks, a real treat! Thank you to the owner(s) for sharing your home with us. We hope to return, maybe next time in the fall.
It was difficult to find the property. We called the office and the women who answered was impatient, rude, and anything but helpful. She informed us that the GPS app Waze would not provide the correct location. We were left to figure it out on our own after she got us in the general vicinity of the place. This information should have been provided for the specific property. Upon arrival we fumbled with a lock box located on the deck before discovering the code was actually for a keyless entry. By the time we opened the door we were covered with mosquitos. My wife is very sensitive which resulted in several welts on her arms and legs, some of them bloody. The house was unbearably hot and we quickly turned on the AC units in each window. I began to unload our luggage and quickly discovered the tiny bedrooms had only hanging racks for our clothes in the small closets. This was not going to be comfortable for us and our adult daughters. The main living area was clean however we then discovered some black ants on the floor. We decided at that point that we did not want to spend a week in these conditions and were lucky to find a vacancy at the Four Points where we stayed during our time in Eastham.
I came up with my partner in order to take a class at the Cape Cod Institute. Great location! Quiet, end of road cottage on small lake with canoes and kayaks. Outdoor deck area is phenomenal The house is basic but cozy and more than adequate sure, another couple to stay with us a few nights . Only complaints are that the house is difficult to find. There are two different 3 Fairfield Dr. addresses in East ham and depending on which GPS it will maybe not take you to the correct one. Also, the correct one is not listed from the street. More explicit directions would be helpful. Also more explicit directions are needed for trash and recycling pick up because it is unclear where to actually take the dumpsters. The night before trash day and the night before recycling.
