Ce Cape Cod Cottage par excellence est juste une courte promenade sur une route de sable tranquille à une plage privée Association. La maison de style ranch de 3 chambres avec salle de bain rénovée est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée ensoleillée et remplie de plage.

La maison comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle familiale avec télévision à écran plat / lecteur DVD / Blu Ray / câble et Internet sans fil. Les portes coulissantes en verre s'ouvrent sur une terrasse ensoleillée et laissent entrer la lumière naturelle dans la maison. 3 chambres dont 2 avec lits Queen et 3ème chambre surdimensionnée qui comprend 3 lits jumeaux. Les clients doivent fournir leurs propres draps (les draps et les serviettes ne sont PAS fournis)

L'espace extérieur comprend une arrière-cour privée, une terrasse avec table de pique-nique pour profiter des repas en plein air, plusieurs chaises Adirondack autour du foyer pour s'asseoir et profiter de la nuit étoilée, ainsi qu'un barbecue à gaz et à charbon de bois. Détendez-vous dans la grande douche extérieure mise à jour pour vous rincer à votre retour de la plage. Laveuse et sécheuse incluses au sous-sol. Chariots gratuits fournis pour apporter vos chaises de plage, glacières et jouets de sable à la plage.

Si vous préférez une journée à l'océan, le National Seashore est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. Beaucoup à faire pour rester occupé dans la région, y compris les restaurants, un retour dans le temps au Drive-in Theatre, mini-golf, randonnée, vélo sur le Cape Cod Rail Trail, observation des oiseaux, golf et shopping. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est à portée de main mais suffisamment loin pour vous perdre à Cape Cod.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy family and pet friendly home- it had everything we needed and the wooded location within walking distance to Cooks Brook beach was perfect! Our host Sarah was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this home.

We had a wonderful week away at this cottage. The open plan of the cottage was great, small yet comfortable for our family of 3 and our large pup. We wished our oldest and his partner could have joined as the space would have been perfect for us all. Communication was a breeze with Sarah and the walk to the association beach was at most 5 mins, and lovely; down a sandy lane and perfect for toting kids. And the low tides!!! Evenings around the fire pit and grilling outside were relaxing and fun. Washer/dryer in the basement were great, our only recommendation would be a new set of cooking knives for the kitchen as the ones available were very dull and we cooked at home a lot, but that was not the end of the world by any means. We hope to return soon!!

Cute cottage, great location

I booked the cottage for a long, autumn weekend. It’s in a great location, on a quiet, sandy road just a five-minute walk to a private beach. The cottage feels more spacious than its 900 sq ft, and the property itself is large. I’d love to come back in the summer to spend more time outdoors.

Ideal in Every Way!

We loved this adorable, well-appointed cottage and it’s easy access to a beautiful bayside private beach, where the sunsets were next level! The outdoor shower was the best (our friend took pics, so she can build her own). Our host, Sarah, was so helpful and communicative, and we felt very looked after. We will no doubt be back!

Great Stay

We loved staying in this great cottage! Even nicer than the pictures and a short walk to the ocean. Very clean and well equipped! Loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! Had a lovely stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend!

Delightful family vacation!

We loved this quiet, tucked away home on a dirt road! Close enough to walk to private Beach on the bay side. Out little ones loved exploring and digging during low tide and swimming during high tide. Great star gazing at night. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relax and unwind. We hope to come again!

Cozy beach cottage

This was the cutest beach cottage! It's on a quiet, private lane, a quarter mile walk from the beach, and perfectly situated to explore the National Seashore beaches. The house is cozy and super inviting. Even though there is only one bathroom, there is a great outdoor shower. The yard and gardens are beautiful, complete with fairy lights at night. We loved our stay and would love to come back sometime!

perfect cosy cottage for a Cape stay

Sarah was great to deal with and the cottage is even nicer in person than in the pics. Amazing quiet beach is a very close walk away. Nice to have large capacity laundry onsite with our big group. We had to travel light so it was handy to be able to do some wash. All the extra toys, wagons, chairs, etc are provided so we didn't have to pack those either. Very pretty yard where we got to watch the hummingbirds and other wildlife over morning coffees. Outdoor shower is excellent! It's def a 4.5 stay, but VRBO doesn't allow for halves;) We did not have the best weather so spent more time indoors than planned -- for 6 adults the main living area is a bit tight. Also the outdoor eating area is just one picnic table, which is a bit tight for 6 adults. These factors are the only reason I hesitate to rate it full 5-stars. If you are 7 adults (which we almost were) I would not recommend. For 4 or 5 people, it would be awesome!

Great quiet family beach getaway place

Had a great stay here. House is on a private, quiet road with access to a private beach less than 1/4 mile away. House is dog friendly and has full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and outdoor shower. There is also a fire pit with chairs, small deck with couch, lounge chairs and picnic table. There is also washer/dryer and beach equipment in basement with storage for your bicycles. We rode our bikes to a nearby ice cream spot that isn't very busy (The Landing) and you can ride to the CC Rail Trail about 1.5 miles from house. Everything is as advertised and we would definitely come back again.

Cute cottage

This property was so cute! Bigger plot and bigger house than I thought. Directions for the keys was easy to follow. Finding the house was pretty easy, until the end our gps told us we arrived 2 houses before we actually did. The only downside was the listing said there was air conditioning and there actually wasn’t. We had a great time, and the cottage was perfect for us.

Ideal for our Baby-Moon

You can’t beat the location and our host was fantastic. Short walk to the beach with the most incredible sunsets, nearby yoga on the beach, convenient to the bike trail, plenty of good spots to eat, and easy access to Ptown or the lower cape. Even our dog was spoiled by the easy access to the beach and didn’t want to leave. Definitely interested in returning in the future!

This house was perfect for our family and pets! We vacation in Eastham every other year with our extended family and it was a great location, near the beach, and dog friendly. The outdoor shower and garden were an added bonus. Sarah was also a great host!

Fantastic Vacation Week!

Perfect weather every single day! Adorable cottage on a quiet sandy street just a short stroll to the beautiful private beach. Pretty gardens in the yard that attracted hummingbirds, goldfinches, chickadees, and a pair of mourning doves that took daily baths in the bird bath and bickered in the trees above. Regular visits from a turkey family passing through our yard heading to wherever turkeys go?! Hammocks for relaxing after biking and beach days. Morning beach walks and gorgeous sunsets. Evening corn hole tournaments. Our week included biking, hiking, swimming, mini golfing, whale watching, seal spotting, shell seeking, s’mores at the firepit, shopping, PTown, and lots of good eating (all nearby)!! The perfect mixture of relaxation and adventure. Everything a Cape vacation should be!! Great communication with Sarah!!

Better than we'd even hoped!

The photos don't do justice to the charm of the house, or to the tranquility of the neighborhood. The house is clean, well-stocked (kitchen, blankets, books, toys) and spacious enough for a family of four + dog. The outdoor shower is a gem. The location is divine - quiet, sandy roads that lead to the bay beach - so so beautiful. The stairs up and down to the beach are no joke - that's the only consideration if you have someone in your group with mobility issues. Otherwise - wonderful. We'll be back!
