The house is beautiful and clean, great neighborhood, easy to contact property management. BUT the game room, which was a selling point for our group was absolutely not what it appears to be in the pictures. The back lighting around the tv didnt work, it was impossible to get anything to work on the tv in there, the pool table had some issues like the pool sticks were broken. Then the check out procedure was not what I have delt with in other rentals. We obviously moved the decorative plates/bowls/cups because they weren't practical and made the counter look cluttered. And we obviously used and washed the other dinnerware, but they wanted every item put back exactly the way they were. So we had to place every displayed, decorative, and stacked item exactly where they were or we would be charged a fee. There were so many must do's with threats of a fee. Why pay for a cleaning fee when you are required to leave the place spotless and ready for the next family when that should be the cleaning crews job.
