Upon your arrival at 1431 Boulder Creek Road, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546 you'll walk up to and in the front door. You will be on the main level and you can either walk down a set of steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the second level.

PLEASE NOTE:
* Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, bedding and towels:
- Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets and pillowcases on the pillows. For the Queen size sofa pull out sleeper; all will be found on its sofa.
- Towels provided for your stay will be found in each full bathroom with a bathmat. The powder room will have a hand and face towel.
* Hand soap, body wash, lotion, toilet tissue, facial tissue, paper towel, trash can liner, dish towel, kitchen sponge, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods will be found throughout the property
* There is no air conditioning.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Images shown were taken prior to COVID-19 preparation done in June 2020

Thanksgiving Trip

My family and I enjoyed the townhome a lot. It’s in a newer development that is well located. It was clean and had everything we needed for Thanksgiving. Great kitchen, tons of room and awesome views. I highly recommend and plan on trying to book again when we come back to Mammoth.

Spacious and Modern Mammoth Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from a six night stay at this wonderful home for the second year in a row. We love the location and the space the house offers. The upkeep on the home is impeccable as it is still like new. We enjoyed the ease of booking directly with Snowcreek and would surely book again. Our only negative feedback would be in regards to the towel and sheet quality. The towels are rough and small, similar to that of a two star motel. We expected but higher standard with such a nice home. Also, some basics in the bathrooms like tissues and hair dryers would be nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1431 was even better than expected. Plenty of room for adults and children. Very nicely furnished. (Could use some artwork on the walls-noticed-it had been removed-curious about that). Would definitely stay at this home again.
