Snowcreek Resort Vacation Rental 1302

This is a converted, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, two level, property with a two car garage located in CreekHouse, Phase 7. Bedroom 3 is for owners’ exclusive use. It has a maximum occupancy of 6, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14458.

From the driveway you’ll walk your building's pathway to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door and then walk up two sets of steps to find the entire property on the main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

The place was cleaned, and we found everything as described. The owners are nice enough to provide wood for the fireplace and snow sledding toys. The management team it’s very helpful and friendly. We recommend this place! We plan to return with friends and family to these rentals.

Unfortunately a remodel next door that was not within the purview of Snowcreek management created awful off-gas smell. Snowcreek communication and response to the situation was excellent. Furthermore, they refunded part of our stay, which should give prospective renters confidence in a good experience.

Wonderful property with plenty of space!

We were pleasantly surprised on how big the unit was and it was very well equipped. Nice big 2 car garage kept us dry and warm during a winter storm.

One large primary bedroom, excellent washer dryer and another smaller, but still solid king bed with a bathroom. One thing we wish we knew was to bring extra towels for the hot tub as the management company is quite strict and refused to provide extra towels when we asked. Lastly, if you end up staying double check to ensure the dishes are clean before using - we encountered a few dishes that were not properly cleaned.

Beds were comfy, space was great, loved that we could have a real fire, and it was better in person than the pictures. Only challenge was that the kitchen had only exactly the # of plates & utensils as the max # of guests (6). That meant we couldn't host our friends for dinner, and that we had to wash dishes in between each meal that we took. Would be nice if they doubled the # of plates & utensils so you don't have to constantly do dishes. We had a small issue (light bulb out) & the management company was extremely quick with correction!

Way bigger and nicer than the pictures show!

This place was really great. Two car garage, fireplace, laundry, big rooms and big kitchen. All new, and still a ski-place feel without it being dated. Great views. Loved that it had a few things available like aluminum foil, a few spices, olive oil and laundry detergent. Downsides: randomly all the pots/pans were dirty with caked on junk from previous meals cooked by other people, and a random water bottle under the couch. With a big cleaning fee, that should not be the case. Also, no shoveled path to get to the front door to unlock the place. Had to trudge through like 2ft of snow to get inside to open the garage up.

Surprised

The listing actually undersold the unit. I was pleasantly surprised to find a master suite with tub and so much extra room. The pictures made it look smaller then it actually it was.
