A luxurious Hamptons estate with stunning Cygnet Bay views.
This seaside home which was built in 1935 is a country style homestead. Its kitchen and the wood fired pizza oven are ready and waiting to cook up a storm.
There are a couple of options for relaxing at Woodland Bay Retreat, a living room off the kitchen/dining and a more formal sitting area and large dining room which can be closed off with french doors. This room has access directly onto the large wrap around verandah and takes in the glorious views over the bay.
There are 3 large bedrooms in the house 2 beds can be split into 2 large king beds. The master suite is large with a walk-in-robe and en-suite which contains a tranquil and luxurious soaking bath with a view to die for. Both the other two bedrooms have built-ins, they are serviced by a shared bathroom.
A fully equipped gym is located onsite.
To reduce our environmental impact, the house is powered by solar panels. All products and amenities are locally sourced and replenished as needed.

We have stayed all over the world and all over Tasmania in short stay accomodation.... this was amongst the very, very best we have ever stayed at. Everything you need is supplied, beautiful treats on arrival, the most comfortable bed ever, stunning views and location... and the wellness centre (spa, sauna, gym) made the visit perfect. We will be back - this place is special.
What more can we say about this property other than it was perfect. The location was fantastic with water and mountain views and every little thing was thought of to make it a comfortable and relaxing stay. The listing doesnât really do this property justice as we just kept finding more and more things to like about it as the days went by.
Would definitely stay here again if we venture down to Tasmania again!
We are a local family and work in retail business. We love meeting and hosting new people. We were so excited to start this journey and try to show our guests how beautiful is our Valley and its views.
