Welcome to 237 Oyster Shell Cove, Salt Pond Community, Bethany Beach! If you are familiar with Bethany Beach and do not know about the Salt Pond community, you are in for a treat! Salt Pond is a family friendly resort and golf community located on a 90-acre saltwater pond. This beautiful and spacious property is a short bike ride to Bethany Beach town center. It sleeps 12 and features 5 bedrooms and 4 full plus 1 half baths. The first floor is coastal style and offers a powder room, large well-appointed kitchen, dining area with dining table to seat 12 and a large great room. The first-floor master suite includes a large closet and private bath. A screened porch offers al fresco dining, with two additional decks (second and third floors) connected by a spiral staircase and overlooking a very large private back yard. An outdoor shower and gas grill are available for your enjoyment. There are six parking spaces and garage access to store equipment during your stay. The 2nd floor includes: (i) large master bedroom with king, large bath and jacuzzi tub and private deck with swing, (ii) queen bedroom with private bath, (iii) queen, and (iv) queen with set of bunks. Rooms (iii) and (iv) sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. High speed internet connects you to the outside world for your personal devices and to the smart TVs with streaming. With each weekly rental, owner includes eight weekly passes to the Salt Pond clubhouse amenities. Amenities include, a swimming pool, workout facility, tennis, pickle-ball, volleyball, basketball and more. Golf course fees are affordable and charged separately. Bikes, kayaks (2 tandem kayaks), life preservers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and lawn games are available for your use. The ping pong table in the garage is perfect for a rainy day. Puzzles and board games are also included in your stay. Super convenient location between Garfield (Rt.26) and Fred Hudson Parkway with a full-sized grocery store adjacent to the community. Just the perfect family beach home to make those special vacation memories!
