Beach Jewel Box

We have stayed in Amelia many times over the years. This little beach jewel box is truly a gem! Quiet, clean, well-stocked and close to everything. The screened in back porch was such a delightful treat to drink your morning coffee and practice yoga all while hearing the ocean. Neat shortcut to the beach through a nearby cul-de-sac that a neighbor showed us. Will 100% be staying here again!

Great little rental near the beach

Great little place to stay. Very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the back porch after a long day at the pool or beach.

The property was very convenient for our needs. Our favorite part was the rear screened in porch that was great for morning coffee and evening conversations. There was no reference that I saw that this was a second floor unit with no elevator that was ok for us but could be a problem for some.

Relaxing

Comfortable, full size ironing board, functional bedroom furniture….excellent location. Kitchen an screen porch are nicely appointed. Thank goodness we booked for 2024!

Convenient & comfortable

This 2nd floor condo is clean and comfortable, with a nice big screened porch. Walking distance to a beautiful beach and short drive to many great nature walks and downtown. The beds are comfortable. Only negatives: poor soundproofing means you can hear the footsteps of 3rd floor neighbors and there is a cheap feel to the fact that the management company only gives you 1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom, no extra garbage bags, 2 packets of dishwasher soap for the week & not a single spice in the kitchen (not even salt & pepper). These aren't costly, but it's a pain to have to provide your own. I would stay in this complex again, but would look for a top-floor rental.

The property appeared newly renovated and was very tastefully done. The screened porch was awesome.

We felt the condo pool was not as well maintained as it could have been and did make a few suggestions as to additional utensils in the kitchen. But overall it was a wonderful location and we loved the island!

Nice older condo in wooded setting

This is an older building in a wooden area. The best feature of the condo is a screened porch that runs the length of the condo and your view is old growth trees. The kitchen is small, but overall the condo feels larger than it is.

What a great condo!!! It was very clean and accurate to the listing. We love being close to the beach, restaurants, and miniature golf. The screened in porch is fabulous...great place to sit a listen to the birds and watch the squirrels play. This condo was the perfect for my husband, 12 yo daughter, and me. It was the perfect little home away from home!!!

Liked location, 2 bathrooms, room setup, And washer and dryer and screened in porch! Disliked tv setup-only streaming, unable to watch ncaa basketball games, national news and national networks Want to be on 3rd floor, we could hear all the footsteps and even conversations from condo above us especially irritating at bedtime

It was a long day….in fernandina beach

Property is old. Beds are small. Amenities were scarce. Middle floor is noisy with kids bouncing upstairs. Lighting was terrible after dark. Realty company gave me wrong code to get in….waited for an hour for call back and finally gave me correct code. Was looking at hotel options. Brought me coffee on last day and gift card….thank you but damage was done.
