Surfs Up! Entendre de notre 1er étage condo

Profitez de la nature et entendre les vagues dans notre condo récemment rénové, à seulement deux pâtés de maisons le long d'un chemin de bois à la belle plage. Amelia Landings Resort est situé dans 9 acres de boisés raisonnables »aux allures de parc", à une courte distance à tous cette belle île a à offrir.

Notre condo au premier étage est très agréable, propre et confortable. Il a été entièrement rénové en 2012 avec un nouveau plancher, inoxydable appareils de cuisine en acier et de nouvelles armoires. Nous offrons un décor agréable, grande véranda, un lit queen dans le maître et deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis. Chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de bain complète. Cuisine qui comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse entièrement équipée.

Profitez d'un repas tranquille sur le porche arrière-blindé. Ou surfer sur le Web avec notre service à large bande sans fil. Il ya beaucoup de place pour divertir les amis et la famille. Écouter les oiseaux et se détendre - ce qui est de vos vacances!

La piscine de taille olympique est à quelques pas avec beaucoup de chaises longues. Serviettes de plage fournies.

Cette unité est interdit de fumer. Désolé, pas d'animaux sont autorisés (Association Rules). Partie responsable doit être de 25 ans ou plus.

Lovely condo for a weekend getaway. Everything thing was very clean and very well stocked. My only complaint was the very low water pressure in the shower, but it was only a minor inconvenience and I know it’s out of the property owners control!

Perfect condo getaway in a great location!

This is a great condo for staying at the beach. Very nicely decorated and loved the outside porch, it was a great quiet spot one afternoon when we had rain showers. Owner has all the essentials stocked for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely rent it again and recommend it to anyone that might be looking for a beach condo!

Second time there

We live in South Carolina and meet family from South Florida at Amelia island. This is the second time we have rented this place and we continue to enjoy it. Has all the amenities needed, is a great central location for the island, and a short walk to the beach.

This place was just perfect - 3 of us on a getaway. Beach walking distance, pool at complex, and screened in porch overlooking woods that was so beautiful, especially in the mornings for quiet times. Just Perfection!

Birthday Weekend!

My sister and I visited the area to celebrate my great-nephew's 1st birthday. The condo was the perfect location for us as everywhere we needed to go was within a few miles. The condo is in a great location for shopping, dining, attractions, and the beach. The condo is clean, spacious, and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The swing on the screened in porch was a favorite spot to relax!

The house was absolutely beautiful. There were plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space for 15 women. Having towels and on site laundry was very appreciated and it was all very clean. We were aware of the amount of paper products but wish there had been a better supply for toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. We also had to buy dish soap to clean the dishes we could not put in the dishwasher. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay there and we highly recommend the property.

The porch was to die for! We sat out there at the end of the day and just chitted and chatted! It was close to the beach, shopping and downtown. Couldn't get the Derby on the TV, but that was ok. We were able to watch it at the Surf restaurant while we ate supper and had a few drinks.

We have used VRBO rentals many times and this updated cottage stay in Bend Oregon was very special in many ways. First it’s a charming cottage style older home which has been updated with modern bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room without compromising the charm of the home. The location couldn’t be better with the footbridge across the Deschutes River to the town center and beautiful Drake Park a quick 5 to 10 minutes walk depending on your pace. Bend is a beautiful city which has grown in the last 30 years since we were there, but the changes have not destroyed its beauty. I would encourage everyone to visit Bend, and if the 2 bedroom, 2 bath house fits your needs be sure to stay in this cottage!

The condo was clean and had all of the amenities that were listed. The pool was just steps outside the door and well kept. The screened in lanai was a nice place to sit and listen to nature and read or relax. We found that the beach was not a walkable distance for us (about .3 miles) with our beach supplies, and the path was too overgrown to use our beach cart. We drove to the beach and were able to get a parking spot because we got there early. But, if you have 4 wheel or all wheel drive you can park right on the beach until parking fills up. There is a nice restaurant right on the beach.

Location, location, location!

Did I mention the location is perfect! This is a cozy home that sits in a quiet area tucked back off a bustling beachside road. Close to putt putt, parks, beach, groceries, restaurants and Starbucks lol. Home has everything you need. (Even my belt that I left accidentally) I did have some trouble with changing lock to personal code but that was probably my own issues. I did not use the pool since it rained quite a bit but the home is so sound proof that without seeing the lightning I would not have known it was storming. I would def come back and recommend it to friends and family.

Just What We Needed!

Dee's condo was perfect for our family of 4! The location is fabulous, in terms of location on the island and location within the condo community. It's close to the pool, right across from the beach access trail, and on the 1st floor (no lugging stuff up and down steps!). It's an easy walk to the beach, but we soon discovered you can park directly on the beach if you have 4WD/AWD. What a treat! We wound up leaving our beach gear in the car and driving over most days. There are some restaurants, ice cream, and mini golf in walking distance. If you want to rent bikes or beach gear, The Beach Store & More is in walking distance and has everything you need. Downtown is a short drive away and parking was plentiful. The condo is stocked with lots of extras (toiletries, cleaning supplies, hair dryer, etc.) and plenty of towels. It was great having a full-sized washer and dryer! I also loved how small the complex is. The pool was never crowded and we never heard a peep from the neighbors. Just the relaxing and easy vacation we've been needing! I would highly recommend Dee's condo and hope to return.
