Clean, inviting and comfortable

This home was lovely and inviting to walk in to. It was fresh and clean. The boat Tye boat was inviting, attentive and responsive. The beds were comfortable and I slept well. It was nice to have a private bathroom that I didn’t have to share with the kids. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood is lovely. There is a fabulous park just a few doors down and we enjoyed playing there. We could not resist a polar bear plunge into the pool even though it was winter outside. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The house is spacious! The pool was a godsend as it was 110 all 5 days!Had all the amenities!We had to tell owners about a sink and they were over that day.Friendly and happy to get whatever we needed!We even got caught in the sandstorm.They called to check on the place and us!Great place, perfect location and if and when we come back we would surely rent it again!

This place was amazing and immaculate

We have never stayed in such a clean, well-taken-care of place. Everything we could possibly have wanted was provided. It was amazing the attention to little details that make a place comfortable. I would book this place again in a heartbeat, and that is a rarity.

Beautiful house

Surprised with how beautifully the house is decorated and how much space it has. We only have three people, most of the time during the stay we were outside. But this is a place we definitely will book again if we go to Mesa again

Extremely great place

I would recommend this place to anyone. It was by far one of the best houses we ever stayed at. The owner was very friendly and definitely very well to communicate with. The house itself was very beautiful and equipped with anything anyone could need. If you forgot anything don’t worry they probably have you covered which was awesome. Our family of 5 definitely had enough room.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This home made us feel like home. Well maintained clean and cozy for my group of 5 plenty of room. Only disappointment is we didn't have time to take a swim in the pool. I would definitely spread the word and possibly stay there again.

This house was the best one we have stayed in, yet! It had everything we possibly could have needed or wanted for our family of six! It was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and beautifully kept! It really was home away from home! With all the little touches around and the owner checking in with us to make sure everything was going well or if we needed anything, we could feel the hospitality without ever meeting! The kids enjoyed the homemade lemonade from the fresh lemons that fell from the tree, swimming in the pool, and the proximity to the park. It was perfect to come home to after a busy day shopping or sightseeing!Thank you, John, for the use of your beautiful home and for going the extra mile for your guests! We hope to be back again!!

Great house

This house was perfect for our family of four plus a friend and her daughter. The house provided everything we needed and more. We were able to cook some delicious meals with friends, there was plenty of seating for everyone. The house provided a comfortable and spacious environment. The neighborhood was nice, quiet & safe. We enjoyed the park located a short distance away. The neighborhood was great for jogs and morning walks. The location was a short drive to the Arizona Athletic Complex and conveniently located in relation to sight seeing attractions.

Best VRBO and amazing host

Everything about this property is better than we could have even imagined! If you are considering staying at this home, just book it now!! The home feels just like home the second you arrive. Great parking for your cars or suv's in the driveway or street parking if you need. It is extremely easy to access the home. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room are well stock, there are even extra pillows and blankets. There are extra little touches everywhere. The backyard is amazing with the pool, beautiful patio and a lemon tree! The beds are comfortable too. I would challenge you to find a cleaner VRBO anywhere. The whole home and yard are so beautifully maintained and extremely clean. The light switches are even labeled so you don't have to guess. The neighborhood is so lovely as well. We couldn't beat the location. There are stores and several restaurants just a mile or two away. We came to town for a tournament at the Arizona Athletic Grounds and the location was perfect for getting to the fields in under 10 mins. We brought family with us for the trip and they also said that this was the best VRBO they have stayed at as well. We are so grateful to our host for all the extras and for helping to make some great memories and not to worry about a single thing.
