Maison de ville Winter Park avec jacuzzi, navette ski !

Thank you so much! We love the location too, it’s such a great spot in Winter Park!

Hi Barton, we’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the location, but we’re sorry to learn that other aspects of your stay didn't meet expectations. After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:-We're sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns. While we aim to maintain a high standard, it seems we missed the mark here, and we'll address this with our cleaning team to ensure it's up to par for future guests.-We’re glad the issues with the bathroom sink and shower pull were resolved quickly during your stay.-For the hot tub, the welcome letter includes instructions on adjusting the temperature, as it may need to be increased upon arrival. However, we’ll look into making these details even clearer for future guests.-The fireplace is set to not turn on if the room temperature is higher than the thermostat setting, but we apologize for any confusion this caused. We would have been happy to assist with this had we known.-As for the fur, the home is pet-friendly, and while we do our best to clean thoroughly, we’ll reinforce efforts with our team to address this better.Thank you for your valuable feedback, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve. We hope to have the chance to provide you with a better experience in the future!

Hi Katie, we're glad to hear you enjoyed the convenient location and amenities. We understand how important a reliable Wi-Fi connection is, especially when traveling with little ones and multiple devices. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to address the following: - The internet connection was active during your stay, but your baby monitor may have had trouble connecting to it. The owner reset the modem and contacted the internet provider to confirm the service, but they regret that this impacted your experience. - The devices you noticed are part of a Wi-Fi-based leak detection system that helps protect the property from potential water damage. They are not audio devices, and the homeowner confirmed there are no listening capabilities associated with them or within the home. Thank you for sharing your review. Your feedback assists us in understanding our guests' perspectives and improving wherever possible.
